For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this offer appear below:For one, it would be easier to communicate with the businesses customer service of they would use proper English and grammar Also, as indicated in the complaint the item did not ship on time as tracking information on the USPS website will confirm my claim What is being shown is the only information available, and since the window for shipment was missed and was not shipped as advertised on the website, then I will not have my product in 2-business days as indicated on the website advertising caused me to purchase a product needed for my joint health and expect to have it by the end of the week I continue to ask not only for money back, but for damages done during the process The business has nothing to prove they shipped on time other than a screen shot from a computer program they use to generate labels It's not my fault, and admittingly it's not the business fault of the USPS in fact did make a mistake, but it looks like the business will have to cover the damage done here It's been calendar days and business days since my order and the package has showed no activity for arriving at my location Again, as stated before, the business has failed and owes me more than just a refund
