The delivery does not say to where or who it was delivered to. I can with 100% certainty state I never received the package. I requested Supplement Geeks to make a claim against FedEx for non-delivery/lost package. They have not done this

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***The companies' response is not at all correct, and I have provided photographic evidence to them that the product in question, C4, was definitely shipped unsealedCompletely unsealedAs in, someone had opened the product by removing the lid and then carefully peeling away and completely removing the inner foil top that protects the product (this cannot occur by accident or during shipping)I have reason to suspect that this product was previously purchase and returned by another customer and then later resold to me.If the company ships me new products, including the one that was never sent, or provides me with a refund for the damaged and missing products, then my actions to achieve compensation will be completeHowever, I think that this complaint should stand as a warning to future potential customers to avoid dealing with this companyAfter more carefully reviewing other customers comments from a variety of online sources, I have confirmed that this company is doing bad business and frequently mishandles customer orders including not shipping products, shipping incorrect products, and shipping defective productsThis was certainly true in my case and there have been many similar cases.

of why I am rejecting this response appear below:After taking two two weeks to arrive, the product arrived and is bad. After forwarding a photo of it to the manufacturer, they advised me to not consume it and stated that it has most likely not been properly kept.

Please note we can not secure your package or mail after delivery. You need to make proper arrangement to secure your mail receptacle. USPS does not approve insurance claim if package is delivered to the right address. You can read USPS insurance claim policy at USPS website.

This business sent a package that was left in front of my apartment door and was stolen. They should have sent the package insured. I contacted USPS and they told me that the the business had to contact them in for USPS to reimburse me the amount of the purchase, because the postman should have not left the package outside. The business never made the slightest effort to contact USPS. They cashed my money and that was it.
