Hello, this company lied to me for a week straight refusing to cancel and refund my order. They proceeded to send it out close to two weeks late and refunded the shipping charge. Also they gave me a fictitious tracking number the first time around. Regards,

They are claiming to have sent me all of my ordered items, but this is not the case. One item was never delivered. After complaining to the company and having them reject my complaints, I have formally contested the charges with [redacted] Inc. and the amount of 19.99 has been credited to my account to cover the item that was never shipped. At this point, my transaction with this business is complete. Thank you for processing my complaints about Supplement Geeks. I hope they can be of value to future customers in deterring them from conducting any transactions with this business.
