Great company.. They spent all the time I needed to fully understand modular construction.

Supreme modular has exceeded my expectations of home buying. Very reasonable pricing and good quality building materials. The sales staff are very personable and are well knowledgeable of the products their company offers. They are very helpful and go out of their way for their client's satisfaction. They care and it shows. Debbie the front desk clerk was very helpful in directing me to the person I needed to speak with so I could resolve the issue I had and she to was well acquainted with the products and services this company offers. She seemed to keep the office operating smoothly with such a friendly disposition. I felt like I had some new friends when all was said and done with my time with them. Great deals on home building, 55.00/ sq.ft on the low end 71 or something like that on the upper end, being in the contracting/ construction field myself, that is so reasonable it almost sounded to good to be true. Then I saw the actual product and couldn't believe the quality I was getting at the price I was paying. These guys are awesome. So if you're looking to build on a lot you have, check these guys out and you too will be happy you did.

provides. Supreme Modular is truly sympathetic to our clients’
position(s) and makes every reasonable attempt to resolve issues /
disagreements that may arise between Supreme Modular and its clients.
In regards to Mr*** and Supreme Modular, this
matter is currently pending litigationAt the request of Supreme Modular’s
legal counsel, Supreme Modular has been asked not to respond to the claims
being made by Mr*** with the Revdex.com at this time.
Supreme Modular’s legal counsel requests that the Revdex.com
refrain from making any final decisions regarding any matter related to Mr
***, until litigation between the parties has concluded

trip travel time commitment and could possibly help with some of the costs
related to your travel. From the notes I
can see you visited the office multiple times prior to signing any
contract. It is best to have a face to
face conversation in our office where we can review the job details. It is
unfortunate that your situation has changed since signing the contract to build
your home. We have extended possible
resolutions and would like nothing more to resolve this issue. I truly

I am rejecting this response because: We longer want to build a home with you, we can not purchase property within our area it is not within our price range and we don't feel comfortable using your company! My husband *** and I have tried to reached out to you many times and you returned our calls only once that is not good business.We sent you mail and you did not get back to us, we do not want to work with you! Please just return our money, I also lost income due to cut in hours and can no longer afforda modular home, we are looking to down size our rental as we speakPlease consider this the end of our contract!

We started a project in 2017 with supreme modular. The performed well with service etc. My wife had a health issue and we had to put the project on hold. Supreme modular was great. They treated us like family and waited for us to be ready to continue without missing a beat. Supreme modular is a great company that treats its customers like family.

those folks at supreme modular are the best. so we had a fire at our house in short hills and we needed to rebuild it. when we met with the first
modular company the person took us into hoa basement. what? are you kidding me!? he said his prices were the cheapest and you definitely get what you pay for. he kept on insisting his prices were the best. but WHO IN THEIR RIGHT mind would buy their biggest investment their home from a person selling out of their basement. NOT us!

Then we went to supreme modular. supreme modular are a group of professionals. They have a real office and numerous locations. They really were the best around. Supreme modular delivered on all of their promises and we LOVE ❤️ our house and we love ❤️ Supreme modular for taking auch great care of us. Thanks Supreme modular you are the best around.

Those blokes over at supreme modular done did it again I tell you. What an amazing group of people. Supreme modular is not only on top of their game they are redefining the modular building systems. Building a reaidence that consists of 50 flats with 5 per level is something of an outrage. Love you blokes. All in!

Supreme modular is by far thebest modular home company in the entire are. We visited them all. Save your time. Just go to supreme modular and dont even waste your time witg the other guys.

We are not interested in have...

a home build with Suprememodular  Homes anymore since we lost all confidence in their ability to produce the home we want, they continuallyignored our request for the floorplan we wanted and tried to get us to settle for a plan that the had in their archieves since 1994 (outdated) and not accommodating to our needs.Also they have floorplans on their website which they told us they can no longer build, I believe this is false advertisement, along with their displays of cabinets and other itemsin their showroom that are outdated and no longer supply. If they can't keep thing updated how can they produce a home? Scary!! We just want our money back asap!The [redacted]s

Supreme modular built our house and we love it. They were by far the best choice in modular builders. They have an expert designer who makes sure your home is exactly how you want it to be. The quality and service is top notch. You have to use supreme if you want a company you can trust that will deliver the perfect home for you and your family. I know you will be happy as we are.
