Yes, they called me. Yes they confirmed they are shipping me the laptop computer and yes they have waived any shipping charges. They will be charging my credit card for the original agreed upon discounted price. All of this is satisfactory to me. The key questionremaining is if and when the product is received by me. Since your deadline response is outside the expected delivery date range for the product, you are not allowing me to respond to thiscomplaint if I do not receive the computer. I have been a loyal paying customer of Sweepstakes Clearing House for some years, now after sending them hundred of dollars, without notice of any kind, I find out that the company is no longer in business. The money I faithfully sent in is now considered lost. I am on a fixed income and need either my money back or the products I ordered.

I am responding to your letter concerning my complaint #*** for follfrom the Customer Service Deptat Sweepstakes Clearing House regarding the balance due toward the purchase of a laptop computer and a tablet as part of an agreement with SCH to pay for any shipping costs incurred I did not receive any request for additional payment in the form of a letter to cover shipping costs prior to the delivery of the items until I received a postage due package delivered by UPS Since I was not aware of what was inside the package and I couldn't open the package until I paid the money to the UPS driver, I did not feel comfortable paying for something that I didn't exactly know was in the package If the balance on the laptop computer is $and the balance on the tablet is $38, leaving a balance of $100.18, I am willing to pay these shipping costs and I apologize for any inconvenience for having to ship the tablet a second time If this resolution is not acceptable to SCH - again, I apologize for the confusion and will proceed no further, and will await my refund of $
