I can't believe all the lies in this letter!  How do they think I contacted them????  Ignorant, just words to go in a letter is all!  I accept the business's response, but I got a feeling I may be needing you again.  I hope you keep records of my complaint and this letter they sent because we will have it as backup.

First of all I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING from them. No letter as she stated. They NEVER billed me for a "shipping" fee. They NEVER said it would cost another $59.19 to ship. Had I known that I would have NEVER placed an order. IF I get my money back in full then this will resolve my complaint.. HOWEVER, this company has fraudulent practices that should be reviewed by the courts. They should not be allowed to be in business. They are lying and cheaters of the public. They should be ashamed!

Revdex.comMESSAGE FROM BUSINESS:This confirms  receipt  of your  March  3, 2016  correspondence  regarding  the  above-referencedindividual.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond. In accordance with our previous correspondence, we were preparing to issue [redacted] a refund check in the amount of$189.95 when we discovered the check she provided for payment of her order was returned due to a "forgery" claim. Please see the attached notification from our bank regarding the forgery claim placed on her check. Therefore, the check [redacted] provided to our company (#[redacted] for $189.95) for payment of her order could not be processed. Accordingly, we have not received any amount of money from [redacted]. If [redacted] believes she may have provided any other payments to our company, we request that she provide us with a copy of the front and back of any additional check or money order (showing our endorsement) she believes she sent to us. Upon receipt of that information, we will immediately issue [redacted] a refund check for that amount. To relay this information to [redacted], we have attempted to contact her on several occasions. Unfortunately, we have been unable to speak with [redacted] on those attempts and she has not returned our phone calls. At this point, because we have not received any payments from [redacted], no refunds are necessary.  In conclusion, this matter should be fully resolved. If you should have any other questions, please feel free to contact me, or [redacted] in ourCustomer Service department, at [redacted].  Thank you.

Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below. They sent me a letter talking about a 10 million dollar sweepstakes giveaway. Why couldn't I get a portion of this 10 million dollars? I cannot afford to make big purchases now since I am currently living on SSI which is too low to pay for a computer. It seems like "winning" items seems to be like an addiction in America with all the game shows and lottery going on. What should people such as myself do to be able to have things like computers if we don't have enough money to buy them?

This confirms receipt of your email correspondence dated January 4, 2017, regarding the above-referenced individual. We appreciate the opportunity to respond. According to his correspondence to your office, Mr. [redacted] received an Intellipad as a gift from a family member, Ms. [redacted]...

[redacted]. According to our records, we received Ms. [redacted]'s order form and payment for a 9" Intellipad Android Tablet. The total purchase price of the tablet is $167.65, including shipping and handling. The tablet was shipped to Ms. [redacted] on August 26, 2016 and delivered to her address on August 31, 2016. Thereafter, Mr. [redacted] contacted our customer service department on September 9, 2016 stating that he believed the tablet charger was defective. There was no mention of the tablet having a cracked screen at that time. Mr. [redacted]'s tablet was still under warranty and another new charger was shipped to him on September 13, 2016, free of any charges. According to UPS' records, the charger was delivered to Mr. [redacted]'s address on September 16, 2016. A copy of UPS' confirmation of delivery is enclosed. Our records further indicate Mr. [redacted] contacted our customer service department again on October 3, 2016 stating that he received the tablet with a cracked screen. Although Mr. [redacted] did not mention the tablet having a cracked screen when he requested the new charger, we informed Mr. [redacted] the tablet was still within the 60-day warranty and he could return it for a free replacement. However, the tablet was not returned to our warehouse until November 28, 2016 (over a month later) at which time it was refused because the tablet was no longer under warranty. We are not in possession of the tablet. A letter was mailed to Mr. [redacted] explaining the refusal. The tablet should have been returned to Mr. [redacted] by UPS. In any event, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Although we are not in possession of the tablet and the tablet is no longer under warranty, out of an abundance of caution and in an effort to go above and beyond the call of duty, we will ship another tablet to Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] should receive the new Android tablet within the next ten (10) business days. Therefore, this matter should be fully resolved. If we may be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me or Ms. [redacted] in our Customer Service Department, at [redacted].

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.[redacted] called me on Friday, January 8, 2016 and left me a voicemail asking me to return her call. I returned her call shortly thereafter and she told me basically what their latest response was to the Revdex.com. Which was that a replacement tool set was to be delivered to me by UPS on Monday January 11, 2016 and that there would be a return UPS label in that box with the replacement tool set. I accepted this and thanked her for calling me directly to tell me. She also informed me that a label had been sent out after my first complaint.  Neither did I receive that label nor did I receive a replacement tool set on Monday, January 11, 2016 containing the second label as promised on January 8. I obviously would really like to have this replacement tool set. Otherwise I would have given up by now and requested a return shipping label and a refund for the full amount of my order as well as the shipping.  I think everyone would agree that this has gone from the ridiculous to the sublime. I honestly don't know what to do at this point because if they can't keep their word on something as simple as a return shipping label I have no guarantee I would be refunded if I did return the entire order. Right now I'm stuck with a damaged and obviously used tool set and an air compressor in excellent condition. If I return my order I'm afraid I will not only lose the items I returned but that I would not receive a full refund at all or only the cost of my actual order and not the shipping which cost me $76.00.  At this point I should receive a shipping refund and a replacement tool set. I have been trying practically since I ordered it in April to get this resolved. Most of the time my correspondence was ignored or I was lied to which appears to be a pattern. I'm not a rude or overly impatient person and I feel I have done my absolute best to settle this amicably. Goodness I'm just asking for a replacement tool set I have already paid for and a return shipping label for the return of the damaged set, not half interest in the company.  As I stated previously, I don't even know what to say at this point because It hasn't made any difference so far in getting this over with.  I can't determine whether I'm being lied to or if it's just gross incompetence and I mean no insult whatsoever. I am genuinely astounded at the number of times I've been told something by this company and most of it never came to pass. I don't believe that my experience is rare as they say otherwise I would not still be trying to get help to get this resolved. I guess I will once again ask that a new, undamaged replacement tool set be shipped to me ASAP along with a paid return shipping label to return the damaged set.  I feel I deserve a shipping refund for the sheer frustration and the fact I've been trying to get the complete undamaged order I placed since I first sent the order form in April.

Revdex.comMESSAGE:I wrote a response letter yesterday in answer to the letter I received yesterday and again today from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse about whether my dispute was resolved. I was promised that the new tool set and return label for the return of the damaged tool set would arrive on Monday. It did not so I denied resolution and gave the reasons why. However, the tool set did arrive Tuesday evening and the return label was in the box with the new set. I applied the label and sent the damaged tool set back with the UPS driver that delivered the new set.Due to Sweepstakes Clearinghouse's shipping department putting the shipping labels on the side of the boxes most all of the smaller parts were free of their specific spots inside the case and once again caused several tools to get scratched up again. However, this one does appear to be new at least. The case is damaged again as well and there's a hole where a piece broke off and was lying inside the case. All the tabs that keep the box locked are in tact so the case was fastened or it would have been much worse. If the label had been put on the top of the box this would not have happened again. UPS assumes the label is on the part of the box that should stay upright like anyone would. Unfortunately because the labels have been on the side of the boxes they were kept on their sides through the entire shipping process. This allowed the smaller items in the case to bounce out of their slots and scrape the other tools.Although this set is damaged as well it is considerably better than the first set and I am willing to accept it. Please notify or forward this email to Sweepstakes Clearinghouse to let them know I am considering this dispute resolved and no further action is necessary.Thank you for your help in solving this dispute. I could not have done it without you!Sincerely,[redacted]

Revdex.com:Qualified below: "I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me."You are allowing me only 8 days to respond and Sweepstakes Clearing House is indicating an estimated delivery date of up to 10 days. Yes, they called me.  Yes they confirmed they are shipping me the laptop computer and yes they have waived any shipping charges.  They will be charging my credit card for the original agreed upon discounted price.  All of this is satisfactory to me.  The key questionremaining is if and when the product is received by me. Since your deadline response is outside the expected delivery date range for the product, you are not allowing me to respond to thiscomplaint if I do not receive the computer.  I will be forced to open a new complaint.  You may want to extend your deadline forresponses.

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have not received anything until today from Seepstakes clearing house (see attached.). If they mailed a check, I should have received it prior to this letter.  They advised me on the 14th of April, 2017 that it was being processed.  Obviously they have not mailed a check, if they had, I would have received it.  They also stated it would take 2-3 weeks to receive it.  I feel they are not being honest with you, or I.  I will continue to wait for my refund.Regards,[redacted] ([redacted])

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: they wait to respond the day I received a check, & now they cancel it???? They really are a scam. I am out of the state for a month and have ABSOLUTELY NO wY of printing or signing & notarizing their paperwork. I knew they would keep my money somehow. I will hire an attorney for this. This is crap.  I have no incurred cancelled check fees in addition to their false advertising and keeping my money.
