I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I do want to make it known that if my emails requesting this very solution had not been ignored I would never have had to go so farI even gave you time to respond after informing you I was going to contact the Revdex.com and I still received no acknowledgement whatsoeverThe order was placed April 27, with a $check I expected to receive some kind of statement confirming my order but did not hear or receive anything. I went to the Sweepstakes Clearinghouse website to get help and found that all this time you were waiting for the balance but never informed meIt was supposed to be a layaway so I expected to receive something confirming the $payment and how to proceed from thereI received nothingThis has been my experience throughout this entire transaction since AprilYou say my address was flagged as incorrect the first time I finally got a responseAlthough I have continued to receive your offers just fine at this same addressWhich is not the point reallyThe point is no one bothered to contact me by phone or email to let me know there was a question with my addressYou once again waited until I contacted you wondering again why I still hadn't received my order. I have sent numerous emails and paid the balance twice and still it was months before I finally received my orderYou say that it is an uncommon occurrence for a customer of yours to be treated this way but I was treated with indifference and a refusal to communicate several times since AprilI finally gave up when my order arrived damaged, although the shipping container was in excellent condition and no one would respond to any of the three emails I sent requesting a replacement. I will return the damaged tool set and case in the shipping container I received them in upon receipt of a postage paid shipping labelI appreciate your prompt response to the Revdex.comI look forward to receiving a new tool set in return and completing this transaction in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Revdex.com & Sweepstakes Clearinghouse I am rejecting this response because as far back as Feb 2016, I sent Sweepstakes Clearinghouse a RETURN TO SENDER voucher/ad mailer back to them with explicit instructions "To remove my name from their system"! Notwithstanding that request, that was not honoredI just got another voucher/ad mailer a week ago! So whomever *** *** [CSR] is? She is either not abreast of the entire history, or not being forthright with Revdex.com! In closing, I'm requesting that I be provided a written notice from Sweepstakes Clearinghouse honoring my request to have my contact information removed from their system for good! And for me to not get anymore voucher/ad mailers!

I entered a Statement of Lay-a-Away computer with discount vouchers totaling $400.00 toward a *** Computer Software & free Internet . I submitted$400.00 voucher and agreed to lay away plan until said balance satisfied. There was a personal of surgery which prevented balace and/or invoices to belated (invoices returned with payment) therefore status of matter unknown, Wondering how to re-solve matter. Balance & whereabouts of computer since company since closed.

In September 2016 I received a letter, from sweepstakes clearing house, of a consolation prize in form of credit vouchers of $400. I was advised to apply the vouchers to a variety of items listed in the letter, and of which I chose HP desktop computer with software and free internet; and 16Mega pixel camera with canon printer. The letter further directed that I could use their interest-free lay-a-way plan by paying the balance on the items on a monthly basis . Based on this information, from October 2016 to May 2017 I paid a sum of $210 and $135 on the HP computer and the digital camera respectively. The actual balance on the hp computer after application of the voucher is $199.95 and for the camera it is $129.95 . On August 28th 2017 I wrote to remind the company of my completion of the lay-a-way payments, and even over-paid, on the products. In response they wrote demanding balance due of $42.14 on the camera ; the computer wasn't even mentioned. When I got no response from them ,again I wrote another letter on 8th of March 2018 demanding refund of my money or shipment of my products to me . After this, I got a letter from them dated March 28th 2018 telling me I can not cancel my lay-a-way account until I have paid the remaining balance due . As at time of filing this report neither did I get my refund nor get the items I paid for. As far as I know, am not owing them any more money , I already fulfilled my own part of the agreement. It is pertinent to state here that exact scenario played out with another company by the name eDirect , which I suspect are affiliated because I got vouchers from the two of them at the same period, paid them same time and acted same way. But eDirect fulfilled their agreement by sending to me the item I paid for on 14th of May 2018 . More information on the lay-a-way items are : (1) HP desktop computer ,customer#*** ,order#*** , code JPH. (2) 16Mega pixel camera with canon printer/scanner, customer#***, order#***. code DCP. I ordered my husband a drill set from them didn't know that they was the only company that sold this drill set so the charger went out on it and I called them and I told them that I cannot find steelcraft drills anywhere that I needed a charger she said I can't help you we don't sell them I said no but you sell the Chargers and so you can tell me the company that sells the support we get all our parts from China she said the charges are no good once they charge the battery up they get so hot that they go out so I told her I had ordered a charger once before and I told her how I did it she said she couldn't help me and hung up in my face so I called back and she said she would not let me speak with a manager when I requested a manager or supervisor I repeated you would not let me speak with a manager or supervisor she said no just like that so I'm stuck they don't answer the phone if they look at your caller ID but I called her back from another phone so she answered and I said the same thing again and she said no you cannot talk to anyone we can't help you so the third time I called her we went through this all over again so she would not let me speak with anyone that knew what was going on and that I could get a part they website is blocked if you tried to send him an email you can't bring up the page if you keep trying to call them day web page is locked you can't leave a comment you can't answer my question you can't even send an email most of the time you get a busy signal I lucked up and got the same person 3 times but I didn't get any help this time he has moved several times since I've been a member there and every time they sell bad products or they don't pay for it they go to another building this company is a bad company and I've been dealing with them for a long time trying to get my merchandise out this page for a parts for the merchandise that they sold me

I purchase a Laptop from this company a few months ago, I use it last night and discover there is an Issue with the hard drive, I came to a company today To find out the issue, when the customer service advised my that ‘tis Laptop was Refurbished, I was shocked, never once one the Sweepstakes Voucher does it states refurbished. I spoke to the company today and was told there is nothing they can do. This company give out False advertising, and misleading a Customer, I myself do not by refurbished items, Haid I known this, I would never purchase this Item, I’m not asking for and Laptop, I want a full refund, this Laptop is 7 years old with Windows 7

This confirms receipt of your letter dated June 28, 2018, regarding the above-referenced individual. We appreciate the opportunity to respond.
According to her correspondence to your office, *** is unhappy with the laptop computer she purchased from our company in December 2017. First of all, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience *** has experienced. The computer *** purchased is one of our most popular products and is universally accepted and appreciated by our customers. Our original offer made it abundantly clear the laptop computer was remanufactured/refurbished.
The laptop computer *** purchased carried a 90-day, complete satisfaction or money back guarantee. As mentioned above, ***'s computer was shipped to her in December 2017. Although ***'s computer is no longer under warranty and she is not eligible for a refund, in the spirit of good customer relations, we will be happy to send *** an UPS return label so she can return the laptop to us at our expense. Once returned, we will repair ***'s computer for free. Thereafter, we'll return the laptop to *** at our expense.
To relay this information to ***, we spoke with her on July 3, 2018. *** stated she is happy with this resolution. Accordingly, this matter should be fully resolved. If you or *** have any other questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me or *** in Customer Service, at ***.

I used to get letters all the time saying that I had won a consolation prize in the "Sweepstakes Clearinghouse" contest. Obviously it is named to confuse people with the Publishers Clearing House contest. They said my prize was a bunch of vouches good for $400 of of merchandise like a computer, stereo system, luggage set, etc., but they all looked like they would be a gyp even after the $400 discount was applies. Obviously a scam!

This confirms receipt of your October 12, 2016 correspondence, regarding the above­referenced individual.  We appreciate the opportunity to respond.We received [redacted]'s order form and payment in the amount of$179.95.  At that time an account for a computer tablet was established....

 The total purchase price of the tablet is $220.35, including shipping and handling.  [redacted]'s overall balance due was$40.40.  A statement regarding [redacted]'s remaining balance was mailed to her. Thereafter, [redacted] contacted our Customer Service department.  At that time, [redacted] made a fiual payment of $27.90.  Because customer service and satisfaction are our top priority, a portion of the remaining balance due was waived.According to UPS' records, the tablet is scheduled to be delivered to [redacted]'s address on November  I, 2016.  A copy of UPS' tracking information is enclosed.  In conclusion, this matter should be fully resolved as it is in accordance with [redacted]'s desired settlement.If we may be of further assistance, please feel free to contact me or [redacted] inour Customer Ser,vice Department, at [redacted].
