had a problem with air conditioner not running. called swift and got a call back from Brad. he gave me a time frame and then when on his way gave me a followup call. he fixed the problem right away . very knowledgeable and polite . Have used Swift for 17 years and never had a problem. thank you swift.

From the moment Karen answered the phone I felt like we might just be their only customer! I was calling from my home in NC for service at our condo in Myrtle Beach. I was inquiring about their annual contract service agreements. She was well-informed about the different levels, and which one might fit our needs most. And, she didn't guide me to the most expensive one! Refreshing.
Once I made the decision to go with them she was able to set up a convenient appointment for our first seasonal visit.
The service tech called prior to the appointment to say he was on his way. Mark A. was polite and very professional... and, he was well informed of our needs. Our cooling unit is older and he cleaned the coils and made reasonable suggestions as to what we might consider doing with the filter and clearing out the closet of items stored alongside the unit. Here again, no hard-sales, just facts ... our 'informed' decisions only.
I am happy to say that we look forward to working with Swift Services Heating & Cooling in years to come. I believe you would too, give them a call!

I called Swift at 9:43 about an air conditioning problem at our new home and a service technician was here within five hours. The technician, DEVIN, was extremely helpful, explained the operation of the system to me, and quickly completed the necessary maintenance. I would certainly call Swift again. Louis T came to my home several days ago because I did not think my AC unit was performing to its' intended specifications.

The unit is only 3 years old and on hot days it has trouble maintaining the house at 77 degrees. I have had at least 4 to 5 other techs look into this with very little satisfaction.

Louis shows up I explain my frustration and he said don't worry sir I am not leaving here until we get it right.

Louis fixed the problem, was very professional and I can not say enough good things about him. He is a strong credit to Swift Services and certainly knows what he is doing.

It is unfortunate for Lewis (our service technician), since he was prompt, cheerful, knowledgable and completed the job correctly. I am unhappy with Swift Services in that we spent well over $10,000 for a new HVAC system only 6 months ago and we are already having issues with it. We replaced a "bottom of the barrel" (i.e, contractor grade) system that worked fine for more than 10 years. The brand new Lenox? Made it about 6 months before the first service call.

Early arrival, efficient work, consultation and advice offered when complete. Courteous and professional. Very satisfied overall.

Very good company to work with. When Josh came out, he found the problem. He could not fix it that day because of lack of a part. He did get our AC running again. The next day when Paul came out, he changed filter (part that was missing) but found another thing wrong with the unit. It would have been another $160 out of our pocket. Josh was so through that we don't understand how he missed the other problem.

This is by far the best service I have had for my HVAC system. Louis was professional and did a careful inspection of the unit. He made recommendations about service and filters. He documented everything he did on the invoice so I have a record of what was done.

Tech was on time, pleasant, professional, thorough, and personable.
