Mark A Great Service Tech, very conscientious, and very thorough.
Dealing with Swift and especially Paul H., has been positive experience. Paul H. is a very professional and polite mechanic.
Defective products. Defective installation. Defective workmanship
Installed 2/19/16. 3/11/16, water leaked through ceiling. Numerous complaints and visits, no results. Repairs done and on 4/417 water leaks through ceiling again. New unit installed 4/5/17. 4/21/17 water found to be leaking again but found before it damaged ceiling. Reported to Swift. We are waiting answers. This is a Lennox whole house heat pump.
Repair, refund, inspection from outside party.
We installed a new heating and cooling system for Mr. and Mrs.. The air handler was defective and we replaced with a new one at no cost to client. There was water dripping out of the unit which was taken care of 4-24-17 and a follow up hands on appointment 4-27-17 at the *** home. I talked to Mrs *** 4-25-17 and told her I was filling out the response to a complaint filed by Mr *** and Mrs *** asked me to put in there that she was happy and satisfied with our work and follow up.
Great service! Mark *** did a great job diagnosing our problem and coordinating the replacement of our AC system. The installers Vega and Anthony were very professional in their work. We are very happy thus far with the outcome of their efforts.
Josh was on-time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with my heat pump.
Our technician, Josh, was knowledgeable and courteous. Answered all our questions to our satisfaction.
