Daniel reached out to our team on August [redacted] and immediately received an automatic response that says that you’re in queue for cancellation and refund.Daniel submitted another 3 requests on August [redacted] requesting cancellation and again received an automatic response stating that they are in queue...

for cancellation and refund.Our team processed the cancellation and refund this morning August [redacted] and confirmed it to Daniel shortly thereafter.We hope this resolves the complaint.

Shane reached out to our team on 8/** shortly after he was double charged. He received an automatic response that his request was in queue for us to assist in his issue. On 8/** Shane received a response with General troubleshooting and did not address the double charge. On 8/** Shane opened up a...

new ticket with the same concerns and inadvertently received troubleshooting information for PS4. On 10/** Shane reached back out saying he was charged double and our team canceled the double charge with him the same day. Shane’s subscription has been successfully canceled and refunded.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and inconvenience experienced by this user.  We have now refunded the money in full and have personally reached out to the user to apologize.

On 9/[redacted] was refunded $29.99 for a first installment payment of Game Pass per a request he made on 9/**.On 10/[redacted] reached out saying he had still not received his refund.Our team noticed [redacted] had a Google Play purchase through NFL Mobile associated to his account. for Red Zone and is not Game Pass. We have explained to [redacted] that we have refunded the only charge we are able to locate for Game Pass and that the other charge on his account is a $1.99 charge for NFL Red Zone.If this has not resolved the issue for [redacted], he will need to provide alternate information of a different account so that we may try to locate any other charges.

Incident summary:   Someone used [redacted]’s email address to open an [redacted] account and started an NFL Fantasy league. The NFL Fantasy league was not drafted and had nobody else in the league so we deleted the league and removed the username “[redacted]” from [redacted].

[redacted] reached out to our support team on 9/* requesting the military discount for his Game Pass Europe subscription. He received an automatic response that he would need to reach out to DeltaTre (the operator of Game Pass Europe) as the NFL customer service team does not operated Game Pass...

Europe or handle support. He reached back out on 9/* saying he hadn’t yet heard a response. Our team responded that same day that he would still need to reach out to DeltaTre. In looking at the complaint it doesn’t appear that it was ever explained that the Military discount is only for Game Pass subscriptions in the United States and there are no Military discount codes for Game Pass Europe or Rest of World. As this was never explicitly explained and because [redacted] plans on not using the subscription anymore, we reached out to DeltaTre directly and had them initiate a full refund.

Our team could not initially locate her subscription so we reached out to her to get more information. She never responded.Since [redacted] did not reach back out...

to our team her subscription auto renewed at $99.99.We have now been able to locate [redacted]'s account and have refunded both the $49.99 purchase from February [redacted], and the $99.99 Auto Renewal Charge from August [redacted]. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We have canceled this user's subscription and have refunded him in full. We apologize for the confusion and delayed response.

This user has been refunded, and as a result we hope they now feel this complaint has been satisfactorily resolved.

This user is in contact with NFL customer support.  We have not been able to find a charge or Game Pass account for this user.  We will need that information in order to process a refund.

Tom reached out to our team on 8/* asking for a refund. He received an automatic response immediately with general information and our team responded to him with a response that told him he was in queue to be refunded on 8/*.On 8/* we responded again telling Tom that we could not locate the account...

with the information he provided.Tom reached back out to our team saying he had not received a refund 16 days later and our team had not responded to him.Upon further investigation after the Revdex.com report was filed, we were able to locate his auto renewed account under the email address [redacted] and the username “[redacted]”.  Tom's account has now been canceled and refunded. The subscription Tom has through his season ticket member promo code is still active.
