There has been a lot of confusion with this user and his complimentary Season Ticket Member Game Pass subscription. The season ticket promo codes are only available for Game Pass domestic within the United States. He was refunded on 9/* for a purchase made within the preseason. He then successfully applied his promo code to his [redacted] account for access on 9/**. This subscription is only available for access within the United States and we do not provide any promo codes for access outside of the United States. We have reached back out to [redacted] to let him know that if he wants to have continued access to Game Pass while he is within Europe, he will need to purchase a European subscription as his subscription will not be accessible within Europe. We let him know that we will work with him when he gets back to the United States if he has any issues accessing the subscription he has for Game Pass Domestic.

This user registered for Game Pass with a promo code during a free trial period.  The user saw a live preseason game on his browser but not on his tablet.  In fact, because the game was in-market, the game should not have been available on the browser or the tablet (live preseason games...

are blacked-out in market, as is clear in the terms of use).  This user has not been charged, and as a result we believe there is nothing more to do to resolve the complaint.

This issue has been resolved for the user.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

The NFL Sunday Ticket product is operated by DirecTV and not the NFL.  This customer should contact DTV to log his/her complaint.

Our records show that this user signed up for a free trial on 8/**, and then cancelled his free trial on 8/**.  We do not have a record of this individual being charged.

This user emailed NFL customer support on 8/** asking to cancel his subscription to game pass.     NFL replied on 8/** asking for the user's NFL.com user name, or, the cardholder name, phone number, billing address and last four digits of the credit...

card that was entered during registration.    NFL never heard back.  Email address doesn’t always correlate to their [redacted] account, or they might email us from an account notassociated to the account we have to action. Thus, user wasn’t cancelled.Please ask this user to provide the information above and we will process a cancellation and fully refund him.

This user is located within Spain and renewed for Game Pass Europe. We do not have access to the European support team’s correspondence as that is run by DeltaTre but I can confirm that the Game Pass Europe app is not available for anything less than 4th Generation Apple TV’s.  We reached out...

to the European support team on this user's behalf and can confirm that this user's subscription has been  canceled and the user has been refunded.

This user has been refunded and the subscription has been cancelled.   We trust this will resolve the complaint.

[redacted] reached out to our support team on 10/** with a cancellation and refund request because Game Pass was not live for him it was for him in the past. He had purchased Game Pass Domestic (GPD) instead of Game Pass Rest of World which is why games were not live. [redacted] received an automatic...

response that he was in queue for our team to review his cancellation and refund request.On 10/** our team responded with a denial of his refund as he had purchased his subscription on 08/** and his request was outside the grace period for requesting a refund.After reviewing his Revdex.com complaint our customer service reached out to [redacted]to ask how he managed to purchase a GPD subscription within Japan. He responded and was saying he was just visiting the U.S. for a few weeks.We reached back out to him a few more times to see if he was still traveling. We had not heard from him yet but still went ahead and canceled and refunded his subscription to GPD as it was not going to be a subscription he could use within Japan.

This user reached out to our team on 9/** with access issues to Game Pass while being stationed in Japan. He received an automatic response that our team would get to his request. On 9/** and 9/** he reached out to our team and this time was requesting the cancellation of a free trial. Both of...

these tickets received automatic responses that he was in queue to be refunded. On 9/** his later two tickets were merged into his ticket from 9/** and were not treated like cancellation and refund requests. Our team then sent over a big response with lots of troubleshooting techniques and other information regarding Game Pass. He did not respond after this. Our team has now canceled [redacted]’s subscription and initiated a refund.

We would be happy to provide an appropriate refund but have been unable to locate this user via
the email address provided. In order to assist, we need the
username or the email address used to sign up.

We are unsure what this user does not believe is correct.  This fan was never charged and mistakenly received content that was not supposed to be provided to him.  As a result, we do not believe there is anything that we can provide him in terms of documentation.
