I purchased a nissan rouge from Tim dahle Nissan last year, I have only had the vehicle for one year and the transmition on the vehicle has gone outThere is currently a class a law suite about the transmitions dating back to about that they had failed to inform me on when I purchased the vehicleI have complained about the vehicle having probles sense I purchased the vehicle and I was told oh well I need to pay the money to get the vehicle diagnosed and pay to fix any thing on the vehicle that is wrong they also sold me the vehicle with virtually no breaks, they where worn down so bad after about months of having the vehicle I had to replace them on the front and back of the vehicleI also have a service paper from them that was done about months ago where they checked everything in the vehicle with the last of the free oil changes where it states they checked the transmition and it was fine when in all reality it was not, the vehicle is only worth about 5000.00$ and

The dealership provided a "temporary license plate" with the verbal and contractual promise to provide the permanent license plate by 9/7/After more than phone calls (leaving voicemails for managers) I have been told: "there is nothing I can do about that"I stated that we could be pulled over by the police and receive a ticket for expired tags, their response "there is nothing I can do about that"I asked when I would expect to get a return call their response: "a couple weeks"
If they charge for the licensing / registration process, they should do so according to their agreements

The vehicle was purchased from this dealership last fallShortly after we brought it home it began to produce an unpleasant odorWe took the car back to the dealership, they acknowledged the smell, but could not pinpoint the causeWe took it to them several times to no availWe tried a different Nissan dealership in the hopes of resolutionThey initially acknowledged the smell, but could not pinpoint the sourceShortly after, they were acquired by Tim Dahle and said they could no longer smell the odorWe took it to a 3rd party mechanic, who confirmed the odorNissan still denied it existed at this pointWe contacted Nissan corporate who eventually sent out a tech who acknowledged the scent as "frontier smell," indicating that they are aware of this scentHowever, theyou offered no fix and declined buying back the vehicleWe confirmed on several consumer sites that we are not the only frontier owners who have had an issue with this smellThe process drug on for so long that

So I'm not very happy with Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown they let me drive off the lot with very little down and then less than a week later they expected me to put over a thousand down saying if I didn't they'd take the car and then I put the money needed down and I got mail from them stating that they can't accept my credit and I already contacted the credit union and they said I already have a contract with them so I'm confused

Very poor communication hereCan never get anyone on the phoneWhen we were negotiating on the price, they told us they would run the truck through the shop to get it whatever it needed to pass safety & emission and whatever else the truck may needWell when we went to sign the contract, we found out that running it through the shop cost $1000! Plus interest because it's financed into the loanI have never heard of that at a dealership and refused to pay itThey still have to make it pass S & E for financing anywayAfter having my own mechanic look over it, it needs a new radiator, the backing plate was bent and rubbing on the tire, the front differential and transfer case are leaking (the transfer case had NO fluid in it btw)The rotors are rusted, the rear brakes did NOT pass safety, and we had to replace the passenger side mirror and flush the trannyWe have put a ridiculous amount of money into a truck we just bought
*update* We are now having to replace the transfer case because there was so much damage from not having fluidWe have put over $in repairs into a vehicle we've had for less than a month! They will not do anything to help us out because they would be losing moneySo I guess it's our problem they didn't check the truck thoroughly enough before offering it for sale

About months ago Tim Dahle Nissan said they would fix my Jeep and make sure it’s working greatThe main issues were that it wasn’t starting, the wheel-drive driveline was broken and the check engine continued to stay on since purchase They said they fixed these issues however in the last couple of weeks my car is not starting againIt seems to be getting worse as time goes on and not starting more and moreJust this evening before I wrote this complaint against them; I literally spent minutes stuck in a parking lot after a movie, freezing in degree weather hoping the car would startThis being the same issue that Tim Dahle said they had fixedThis has been an on going problem from day oneIt almost seems like they put a faulty part in my car that would only last a couple of months to save them a few bucksIf a company promises to fix something they should fix it rightThis is what I would do as a business owner and how I treat my customers at my current jobBefore

Please compel them to deliver the title for the car they sold meIt's been three weeksAfter Sterling repeatedly telling me they sent it to me, today he told me they don't even have the title as it is with the bank who had a lien on the vehicle when they bought itWithout the title I can't register the carAll I have is first names: Sterling in sales and Bill in finance Your help is much appreciated!

Allowed my family and I to test drive Jeep without having safety inspection done (the Jeep was at the front of the lot on display for sale)
Sales rep told me after I'd signed the paperwork that they hadn't done a safety inspection
Asked for Carfax report and never received it
I brought the vehicle to the dealership multiple times Within the first few months after I had purchased it for various problems mainly the jeep was not starting; The car was returned to me with the same problem several times after they had told me they had fixed the issue(s)
They sold me a warranty without providing me with a copy of my warranty contract
I had asked them specifically to explain the warrantee to me; they were not thorough with their exclamation concerning the warrantee; they told me it would cover just about everything
After the initial purchase of the jeep I was unable to take the jeep home with me for about a week due to them saying it needed repairsThis was after I had

I purchased a Dodge Ram from this dealership for a price of $15,on the 9th of July and in the contracted price for my loan was room to add the cost of what I was told was an expedited transportation fee and would take 7-days to deliverI was fine with this as I live in florida and the truck is in UtahIt was a verbal statement from Robert my sales associate and I did not get anything in writing most of our conversations were via text or the occasional phone call(Two hour time difference had an affect) The sales contract had added the cost of transportation into the vehicle price and it changed to $17,and I signed as it was a verbal agreement made, and being a first time car buyer I thought it wasn’t a big deal as I have been learning as I goMy issue with my transaction is that as of tomorrow August 23rd I have to make my first payment on the truck and I have not received it yet nor have I been able to get anyone at the dealership to give me an update except f

Website had promotion for $gift card if you test drive ANY vehicleI went to location and test drove vehicles and requested the gift cardThey stated it was only if you drove a new Titan and said the system was down so they could not check on itI sent pics of the offer to prove it was a $gift card for a test drive of ANY vehicle and still have not heard a responseI test drove the vehicle on June 16, advertising

I’m writing this because TimDaly Nissan didn’t fix my problem I can’t believe they would let me take my car out back on the road when anything could happen itcould shut down anytime again on the freeway doing I want ppl to know because I can’t see them doing the same thing too them don’t ever bring your recall to them they will fix something else that I knew nothing about but I really don’t believe that they did anything to my carI don’t think they deserve any kind of Raylene if it was up to me it would be a big fat zero

I have been searching for a car for about a month nowIt became dire last week when it pretty much explodedI do not have a working car in my nameIt's tricky because I need to find one with enough equity that I can rollover what's left of my current loan into a new oneMy bank, Cyprus Credit Union, has been so great working with me
Here's the rantI found a car through my workIt's awesomeI went to this dealershipI drove itIt's greatLooks fantasticThe price is rightI am waiting for them to print the official offer before I take it to get the S and E tests done, both of which are required by my bank to finance it
Instead of coming back with the offer, my sales rep, Alan, came back and said he sold it to someone that came and looked at it after me because they had cashI was there for almost hours
I understand it's business and they technically didn't do anything wrong, but I was pissedI feel I was being punished for not having money right there becau

My husband and I have been looking for a car and I found one we liked online, after we had been in other times so I called the fleet manager to make a deal, and I offered my out the door price for this carThe fleet manager took my offer and said that he would have someone else contact me that could help me outSo a little while later I was contacted by someone who I assumed was going to help meI told him about the car I found and gave him my out the door price for it that I was willing to payHe agreed to it, and I made sure twice that he agreed to it, I then told him we would be in that night to sign the papers for the car, he told me that he wasn't working, he just came in to deal with something so he was going to tell someone else about our deal and they would take card of it.I made sure to tell him to write down our deal and that it was agreed to so that the other person would know what was agreed and all we had to do was sign the papersSo my husband and I headed down the

1: We are from WA state and found a car at this dealership that we wanted to purchasePrior to buying we questioned the process on shipping us our vehicle along with trading in our current oneWas told 'no problem at all' and 'usually takes about a week depending on the shipping company' and we were quoted $1,for the shipping We put down a small downpayment of $to let them know we were serious about buying and so they could pull it from their inventory
2: When first contacting this dealership we were told same day "we'll try and get the paperwork done today to get it out and overnighted to you via FedEx for you to sign and return." Four days later WE are calling THEM asking where the paperwork isIt was never doneMore days passWe constantly have to call them to ask whats going onAlways told we'll be called back9/times that doesn't happenOn day I finally call and say forget it, we'll purchase elsewhere! What do you know, paperwork is in the mail same day a

We bought a Nissan NV Van from this dealer with detailed receipt before we paid for vehicle in full on July 25, by cashiers check sent in US Mail The receipt stated vehicle would be upfitted at dealer with power and heated mirrors as it did not have them at factory or location they were buying/shipping it from We took possession of vehicle September 26th, and mirror's plastic trim cap was broken off, after much whining from salesman, he agreed to get it fixed as I did not surely break it (never even touched, seen or been within miles of car as I live in McCall, Idaho) It took months plus to receive the mirror in McCall after 5-phone calls to salesman (giving excuses of no reply, this is going to cost a lot, I forgot, etc.) Additionally, dealer required me to put mirror on vehicle, not have dealer do it After all this drama, I installed the trim piece in early December AFTER THAT WAS COMPLETE, SNOW CAME IN BUCKET LOADS HERE IN MCCALL, I TURNED

The business practices of this dealership are shady and dishonestAs a disclaimer, this is my 6th vehicle I have purchased, so I’m well aware of how things should or shouldn’t goIt purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee May of As I’m writing this (Feb 2018) I still have not received my license plates and I am on my 4th or 5th temp tagI have been disconnected from customer service more times than I can countReceiving my funding was a different storyI was approved the same day, but my loan was never fundedAfter months I threatened legal action and voila! They were able to fund my vehicle in less than an hourIt shouldn’t take that to finalize my loan, especially after calling and emailing several times a week for the entire duration

Dealership took $7,take incentive for EV we leased and did not pass the savings on to us This is a violation of the intended usage of the Federal Government's tax incentive We said throughout the lease process that the main reason leasing the vehicle made sense to us was because of the tax incentive all the while dealership staff smiled at played along at no time telling us they would be taking the entire tax incentive and not passing it on to us

I purchased a gap insurance with my vehicle but refinance the credit union two weeks later and filed my paperwork for refund of the gap insurance although Tim Dolly confirmed I had returned all the paperwork this is been two months and they've never sent my refund check

My husband and I purchased a Chevy Avalanche truck from them on Jan 18, My salesman was Brant G*** he did his job and was ok to work withWhen I test drove it, it stunk like cigarette smoke and just looked dirtyI kept asking Brant when did this truck get turned in but yet he couldn’t give me an answer So the deal was made and we noticed they hurry and did a spit shine on it for us to drive home
My husband was driving it home when he noticed a warning light came on that said “service tire monitor” I also noticed when I was driving it the next day that the alignment seemed off so I had my husband take it to Discount tires to see if they can fix the alignmentDiscount tires told us that all the tire valve stems needed to be replacedI called Brant right away had to leave a message twice than he called me back and said bring it in so we can look at it
We took it in on Friday, Jan 26th to be looked at by serviceThe service guy treated me like dirtHe said I d

I purchased a new Titan XD from Tim Dahle Nissan - Southtowne on 11/25/I live out of state and prior to the sale and I had been in contact with my salesman, Andrew D***, to ensure that the delivery process went smooth and as quick as possibleOn 11/I ran the new vehicles VIN# and found that it had an outstanding safety recall for a rear seatbelt (NHTSA Recall 17V-268)I requested that the recall be completed prior to pickup and was later told via text from Andrew "They are currently being taken care of." This text was sent 11/@ hoursSeveral weeks later, I was informed by Nissan Corporate that this recall had in fact not been completedNot only did Tim Dahle Nissan lie about completing the recall, its is a violation of federal law to sell a new vehicle with an open safety recall
My second issue is upon delivery I noted there was no owners manual in the vehicleAgain, being a brand new truck, I expect there to be oneAndrew told me that he would get one ord
