WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
With JOSE the manager we had a dealYay! (The other guy said he couldn't help us)We shook on it, got paperwork started, cleaned out my "old" car and then waited....1.5+hours to finally sit with financing and he proceeds to tell us they will lose too much money on deal NISSAN BACKED OUT OF DEAL WE AGREED ON-SHADY and WRONG!

I purchased a vehicle a Chevrolet Avalanche more then days agoThey failed to do emissions on the vehicle but still charged me dollarsThey did not make me aware of this until two weeks prior to my tags expiring ( I called they didn’t)I took it up to them to get it done and it passed I was told they would get the plates for the truck ASAP as I paid in full for the car my tags are now expired and every time I call I get the run aroundI called yesterday and was told by the GM the title clerk was getting the plates on 8/13/I called today 8/14/and was told she was off yesterday and to still drive he car with expired tags as the police do not bother youI work with local police and it is a ticketable offenseI want my plates or a reimbursement of the dealer doc fee and emissions and safety testUtah does not have a safety test why

Tim Dahle Nissan sold me a new Juke, and two months later the Navigation system was outdated, and message on dashboard tells me to update the Navigation information After owning it for just a few months, I was required to pay an additional $for updating an outdated Navigation System This cost should be be covered by Tim Dahle Nissan and they refused to cover such a minor cost Additionally, Tim Dahle Nissan delivered a vehicle which they said had seven (7) miles on it, when in fact it had almost miles!!

My girlfriend and I bought a car from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne on November 1st While purchasing the vehicle we wanted an extended warranty and we agreed to a year warranty for $2,A little less than years later we traded the vehicle in somewhere else, and since the protection plan was not transferable we were told we could get a refund on the rest of the termWe were completely horrified when the sales manager who sold us the plan, Ben G***, told us there was only months left on itWe said that can't be it was for yearsHe then informed us it was only a year planWe absolutely never agreed to pay such a high amount for such a short termIt's absurdI have complained and was told by Ben that he would look into it and call me back they next dayHe didn't call me backWorse still, upon pouring over the paperwork I discovered we were charged $for things we did not agree to and were in fact never discussedWe were excited when Ben told us we get FREE oil

On December 16, we bought a brand new Nissan Titan XD with an aftermarket lift kit and tires We had been in the dealership the night before and were not able to get any actual information on the truck price because they told us that the window sticker price wasn't the price with the aftermarket parts The salesman had told us that he was new so after looking online that night I saw that the truck was listed for the price that was in the window and just to be sure I called back to speak to a manager who confirmed that yes it was the price of the truck He seemed to be very helpful and interested in working with us so we gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back the next day Well after about hr we were in the finance office and come to find out that it was not the price of the truck and we went round and round but eventually came to an agreement All good

We was told that we would have no payments until jan and went in with Dale Williams in finance our first payment date was nov on the paperwork and when I said something about it he told me all I had to do is call the bank and they would push it back the days out to make the payment due in dec then they will send me a check to make dec payment and when I called the bank they told me that he was the one that had to due it on the contract and that he would have to call the bank and change it after a week of trying to get ahold of him he finally tells me that the bank wont do it he gave me his word that it would all be done and now he just wants to say he made a mistake and do I ever make mistakes

I purchased a new vehicle from this dealership on 9/24/ At the time, I was interested in purchasing a gap policy as well The finance manager presented options for gap coverage, all of which included an extended warranty Believing I had to purchase the package deal to get gap coverage, I agreed to the extended warranty On 9/25/18, I contacted Nissan Corporate to inquire if it was correct that I needed to purchase the extended warranty They informed me it was not required and that I could request a cancellation and refund I returned to the dealership 9/26/to request a cancellation and refund The same finance manager filled out a Warranty Cancellation Request form and had me sign it He told me it would take 6-weeks to process the request weeks pass, I keep checking with Nissan financial to see the refund post, and nothing So I attempt to contact the original finance manager to inquire about the timeline I leave voicemails on different days with none of th

I purchased a Nissan Titan XD SV model on October @ between 7pm and 1030pm I was trying to test drive a titan 4x4, but instead the salesman brought back a 4x I chalked the mistake up to being tired and it was late No big deal I let it slide We drove the 4xinstead

I went to Tim Dahle Southtowne to look for a vehicle I saw online that they had for saleI talked to the salesmen through text saying he still had the car and the next day I went to see it and it was goneThe salesman told me that it had a bad motor so they got rid of it that dayI drove an hr and a half to see a vehicle and the salesman didn’t even tell me they no longer had itSo I decided to look at other cars while I was there and found one that I really likedThey approved me, I traded a motorcycle for it that they were going to pay off what I owed and I drive home with my used carIt took them over two months to get me financed because they couldn’t use some of my sources of incomeThe salesman had told me that those sources of income were good enough to be used but now the financing managers at the dealership were telling me they couldn’t accept themThe week after I took my vehicle home I noticed it was leaking coolantI asked the dealer if they could fix it and they said noI paid to have the radiator replacedAbout a week later I noticed I was leaking oil and I told the dealer and they said my warranty didn’t cover that eitherI paid dollars to have two gaskets replacedWhen they were finally able to get me a loan the apr was twice the amount they told me originallyI was about to back out of the car purchase but I realized I would be stuck without a vehicle because I traded my motorcycle in and saw that they had already paid off my motorcycleI’m pretty sure they had sold it while I was still looking for a bank to approve meI’m writing this review because the dealership just called me saying I have a balance for my trade in motorcycle that I still need to paySo it’s just one thing after the other with these guysThis was absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had
