I purchased a vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan in March of 2018, in the process of signing documents, the finance manager informed me that an extended warranty was required by the lender (I knew this was inaccurate.) Since my purchase the original lender no longer carries my loan, since October I have been attempting to cancel my extended warranty and GAP coveragesI have sent multiple written notices and left multiple voicemails with no response of any kind

I went to Tim Dahle Southtowne to look for a vehicle I saw online that they had for saleI talked to the salesmen through text saying he still had the car and the next day I went to see it and it was goneThe salesman told me that it had a bad motor so they got rid of it that dayI drove an hr and a half to see a vehicle and the salesman didn’t even tell me they no longer had itSo I decided to look at other cars while I was there and found one that I really likedThey approved me, I traded a motorcycle for it that they were going to pay off what I owed and I drive home with my used carIt took them over two months to get me financed because they couldn’t use some of my sources of incomeThe salesman had told me that those sources of income were good enough to be used but now the financing managers at the dealership were telling me they couldn’t accept themThe week after I took my vehicle home I noticed it was leaking coolantI asked the dealer if they could fix it and they said noI paid to have the radiator replacedAbout a week later I noticed I was leaking oil and I told the dealer and they said my warranty didn’t cover that eitherI paid dollars to have two gaskets replacedWhen they were finally able to get me a loan the apr was twice the amount they told me originallyI was about to back out of the car purchase but I realized I would be stuck without a vehicle because I traded my motorcycle in and saw that they had already paid off my motorcycleI’m pretty sure they had sold it while I was still looking for a bank to approve meI’m writing this review because the dealership just called me saying I have a balance for my trade in motorcycle that I still need to paySo it’s just one thing after the other with these guysThis was absolutely the worst car buying experience I ever had

In January Of I purchased a "new" vehicle from The Tim Dahle Nissan dealershipI had explained to them that I did not want a vehicle that was owned by another personThey assured me that the miles on it were because it was a demo driven only by a manager at the dealershipAfter I purchased it and got it home I found ALL of the loan information/paperwork in the glove box of the person who had tried to purchase the vehicle(They will allow a customer to take home and drive a vehicle while they process the paperwork) It is my belief that this was the case with this vehicle hence the milesShe either wasn't approved for the loan or didn't buy itWhen I found the paperwork I called the salesman, he told me to shred itThe first time I drove the vehicle the check engine light came onI took it in and the osensor had gone outThe next week the Bluetooth unit started acting weird and the navigation was not navigating correctlyI called in and was told to "stop by o

02/17/I test drove and bought a Nissan Sentra from Tim Dahle, I told the gentleman that helped me with the paper work that I didn't know when I would get my check from my insurance compay, he said that was fine, When I do get it then I could bring it in and pay for the rest of the carTuesday 02/20/my insurance company called me saying the check has arrivedMy dad and I went down that morning and got the check from my insurance agent, after that we went and took their rental car back thinking when I give the check to Tim Dahle I'll be able to take the car home that dayWe arrived at the dealership, one of the sales man came up to us asking what we needed help with and I explained to him I recieved the check to pay the rest of the carHe took us to one of the avaiable offices and turned in the check and I was all set, the check was for $2,and because they didn't know the exact amount for the check they just did $2,for a down payment for the car, so the $

I bought a car from there and I decided gto trade in the car because I went to get a key they messed up on the key and said it can take up to weeks to get a key and we told them no for now anf it was not running to well so we traded the car in to get a better car and canceled the warranty and the gap and the key rep[lacement since we did not user it since they messed up and they only gave back saying the key was used it was not since they messed up[ on the key and not work and so they owe me a stil they are very rude and stole money they stole money from my dad also which is fighting still now I would not recommend to buy a car from them they like to sell but if they have a chance they will steel l money from you

The business didn’t respect the agreementThe dealership was supposed to cover the fees of a lease terminationI’ve been trying to contact the manager and they would not return my calls or answer my emailsI feel like the sales person lied just make a sale of a vehicle

Nissan falsely advertise cars with a very attractive price and mileage to only get people in to offer a more expensive car since they said they JUST sold it

We purchased a used vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan on 3/9/At that time they explained to us the car had just come in on trade and that they were waiting for title release from the bank and would get back to us once they had said titleThe vehicle was a Saturn Vue, VIN # ***iT WAS LISTED ON 3/9/FOR $We paid them $plus sales tax and dock fees that eveningTotaling $A week went by and we had still not heard back from them Had called them 3/14/18, and again on 3/16/at which time we were told they were unable to SELL the vehicle due to title issuesAs of 3/16/the car is RELISTED FOR SALE on their page for $4000.00, which is a car we have ALREADY paid for but told they couldn't release it to us due to title issuesHOW do you resell a car that has previously been purchased, not given title to new owners, and then RELISTING for double the cost? We do have all receipts for payment, car was purchased and put into our daughter's

I went there interested in buying a Dodge Journey that they had listed for $on autotrader as well as their own websiteAll day they raved about how great this car was with the $price tagIn negotiating the price down they told me they could not because their online price resembles the lowest they can goSeeing that the $fit our budget and seemed ideal for the condition of the car we agreed to run our credit for the car and to purchase the vehicleWe decided to put 2k down and finance the rest, being first time car buyersAs we sat with the sales rep he asked if we would be okay with paying $a monthMy thoughts were that it seemed pretty high given our down paymentI asked the sales rep, Geoff W***, for how many months that wasHe told me he didn't know and to just sign a piece of paper saying we agreeThis was the first red flag my husband and I sawWe then proceeded to meeting with their financing clerk, MarcoAt this point the car is being detaile
