My name is Susan Havens- I am a Realtor in Arkansas. I was sold advertising back in December 2018 by this company and they never provided the tablets to the restaurant or did any advertising for me. They caught me at a very vulnerable time, my sister had just been killed and I had to pay for her funeral. They convinced me that purchasing this advertising from them would make my business more successful and help me recover from my sisters funeral expenses. I have never been more disappointed that people would take advantage of others this way. I have called and called and called with no help given. They did say they were going to mail me a check back in June/July. I never received one. Have called several times since and they still won't help me! In July when they said check would be here by 27th and it didn't come, They said couple more weeks. Still no check and no contact from anyone from the company. I left a message this morning for Chris(?) What voicemail said. I charged this on a credit card so not only am I out the 995.00 but also the interest and emotional anxiety from this horrible experience. I don't know what to do. Spend more money- I don't have - to fight this charge ? I'm disappointed and embarrassed for TABLIO or charge on my card is L&L corp

I was called to advertise in a local restaurant with the Tablio electronic platform (Tablio.net), back in January / February 2019. I was to become the main sponsor so I paid extra. It turns out that they never shipped the equipment to the restaurant, so I called Tablio saying I wanted to cancel my advert and for them to please return my $. It was impossible to reach the right person to talk to, but finally I did and they told me they would have to get permission to return my money. Finally I got in touch with him again and he said it was approved but it would take 2 weeks to receive my refund. It has since been way over 2 weeks and still no refund! I get called all the time for people wanting me to advertise, and I took a chance and finally said yes to this company as it was advertising in a local restaurant, but turns out the whole thing was a waste and I spent over $700 with them... without yet any refund. If you are going to advertise with Tablio, don't do any new start program because who knows if it will ever take off the ground and then you will be like me, a hostage waiting or a seemingly never ending refund.

I spoke with *** and a refund check was issued on 4/28/

Hello,First off, we apologize for any lack of communications, or lack of meeting timeline. We have noticed a pattern within our companies costumer service department that has since been resolved. As far as the refund goes, we have issued a check in the amount of $395.00. We received some slight delays on delivery times due to a tablet supplier shipment delay. We are back on track and are working to get caught up on pending accounts. We hope to develop a much better form of customer communication, and strive to rebuild our relationships with those customers. Thanks
