They were quick to respond and assess the situation (flooding caused by backed up drains on patio) Rather than have me waste money on snaking the drain, they recommended equipment using water to force the obstruction out They couldn't get that equipment to the house that day so they gave me an option of using another business who could get there that day, and charged me only a small visit fee
I appreciated that They also gave me recommendations of other things I could do and provided estimates, which we will probably use I was very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to call them again
