Superior Plumbing is the ONLY company we will call when it comes to plumbing issues in our house Their office staff is polite and professional and service is always prompt and excellent Booking our most recent appointment, Emily G found us a quick appointment and called this morning when the plumber was on his way AND sent us a photo of him so we would recognize him when he came to the door! THAT is a first for me in the service industry - and shows they care about my security!! Dave B arrived promptly and was so knowledgeable and ready to tackle the problem immediately His experience and expertise were immediately evident and the problem was fixed within minutes He took the time to help us understand the problem and what the fix would entail, and of course the cost, as well We couldn't be happier - and our problem is fixed!! Why call any other plumbing service?

The team at Superior Plumbing was great They gave me a heads up to let me know that the plumber was going to be more towards the later part of the timeframe that was given Once they got here he was quick to assess the issue and gave me a quote and was able to come out the next today to fix it Shane and Seth was professional and efficient and I would recommend using Superior Plumbing

We enjoyed our experience We had an emergency situation where we were without water They scheduled an appointment for the following day with a two hour window We were called by the office minutes prior to the technician arriving with word that he would be at our house in minutes or so This was at the early side of our appointment window - something that we have never experienced before with any service company of any type - they always come at the very end of the window The office sent an email with the technician's name and picture The technician arrived on time, was courteous and knowledgeable It was in a cramped and difficult location, but he did not complain or give an excuse for not being able to do the work He gave an estimate and went right to work and finished quickly and efficiently All around good experience We will use this company the next time we have a plumbing problem
