Superior Plumbing called to tell us that they would send an email with a photo of the technician who would come to our house. I like that! He was extremely nice and on time and gave us some helpful options regarding out plumbing problem.

I had the pleasure of having Jay [redacted] and Josh [redacted] of Superior Plumbing repair a water leak under the slab in my kitchen. They were professional and treated my home as if it were theirs. They even provided earplugs to reduce the sound of the jackhammer. They painstakingly covered the work area to prevent excess debris and they did not leave until everything checked out and the room was totally clean. They were the best plumbers we have ever had work in our home. I would never hesitate to recommend them or welcome them into our home if and when the need arises.

Service was excellent. The Office scheduled a same day service and the plumber arrive about an hour after the call. He ( Seth) was very professional. He discussed options with me on pipe replacement and repair and suggested the most affordable alternative. He also diagnosed the root cause of the issue, fixed the problem ( bad pressure reducer) and also replaced an expansion tank that had ruptured because of the high pressure. Superior is now my "GO TO" for any issues.
