We are extremely happy with our decision to hire Superior Plumbing to install our new hot water heater. Highlights: 1 - When we called to ask questions and eventually make an appointment, a real person answered the phone immediately and was helpful and courteous; 2 - They were able to send someone out the very next day, which was a Saturday (great both bc it was quick and bc neither of us needed to take a day off work to be there); 3 - The plumber came ahead of schedule (after calling ahead to make sure that would work for us, which it did); 4 -Seth P, who was our service provider, explained the options, process, and pricing to us and answered all our questions thoroughly; 5 - Seth installed the new tank and took out our old one quickly and left zero mess behind; 6 - Seth was extremely courteous and professional -- he was a pleasure to work with, and if/when we ever need more plumbing work in the future, not only will we call Superior Plumbing, but we will request Seth if he's available.
In a nutshell: we couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

I needed a plumber to fix a slow running shower drain and to attend to a couple of other small things. I had used Superior for other work in the past and been very happy with them, so they were my first choice. Emily G. was polite and efficient on the phone and offered a choice of appointments the same day, each one being a three hour window.
I chose one and the plumber arrived two hours into the window. He quickly assessed the problem, decided on an order to complete the tasks and set about them. He was quick, neat and tidy. All three jobs were carried out satisfactorily, and everything is working as it should a week later! The price for the work was very fair.

Fixed wobbly toilets, which were seated too high, by cutting down the flange and reseating the entire toilet. Also replaced tub faucet stem insides, so the handles would stay on. Skilled, friendly, neat, with good suggestions. Would use his service again.
