Four days earlier than I expected! That was great! The service professional, Wes L[redacted], was courteous, friendly, and helpful. He fully explained the problem and fixed it. He took great care not to damage my carpets, and he cleaned up the area after he was through fixing my toilet. He also solved a separate minor plumbing issue that was becoming very annoying to me. I am very pleased with the service and would use Superior Plumbing and Wes L[redacted] again.
I hired the Dayton Roof and Remodeling Company to repair the ceiling in one of my bedrooms, the roof of my home and the outside garage siding. They were prompt and dependable. The workman were considerate of my home's needs and my requests. They were clean and professional. I would recommend their company and their work.
Mr. Joel A[redacted] has been our requested plumber for quite some time now.
Mr. A[redacted] is not only a true professional he continues to offer a selection of options to correct the anomalies that we are experiencing and is forthcoming with a choice of solutions to our past and present problems.

I thought they did a good job, but time will tell. We had the "Blue Poly Pipe" in our yard and got a water bill that was 10X what our normal bill was! We knew it had to be a leak in that pipe. We had it replaced and so far no leaks. The only thing I can say is the price was quite high for a relatively small job ($2,500.00). Seems nothing is inexpensive when you're talking about plumbing, electric or HVAC!
Superior Plumbing Services enlightened me on whether I could install a tank less water heater, Your Tech arrived on time and walked me through the necessary changes that would have to be made in order to have a tank less water heater. He was very knowledgeable of the project and easy to understand. He was well dressed and very professional.
We were very pleased with our experience with Superior Plumbing. Vastly was on time, efficient, knowledgable, and personable.

good job replacing my cleanout cap. It was done quickly. It was a very pleasant
experience.
Superior Plumbing was able to dispatch a plumber within 24 hours of my call. The scheduler Emily was pleasant to deal with. We received a call alerting us of the plumber's imminent arrival, which was within the 2 hour window promised. The plumber, Shane, was pleasant, informative, and competent. He quickly resolved the problem, which had to do with a plugged supply valve to a toilet and a resultant leak.
He replaced a section of copper pipe and installed a new shut-off valve and escutcheon plate.
David D[redacted] arrived at my home promptly this morning. He was able to assess the problem and make repairs as needed. More importantly, he was extremely professional and helpful. I have recently had a lot of problems with home repairs. He was able to make an unpleasant situation quite the opposite. I am extremely grateful for his help.

My appointment was scheduled quickly and I was kept updated on the anticipated arrival time. It was also nice that Superior sent an email with the name and picture of the technician that would be coming to my house. Jason did a great job of explaining the work necessary and the cost of the repair. He went to work quickly and left the work area spotless when completed.
