This customer was sent a email letting them know the product was back-ordered and was and has not ever been chargedSo their order has been canceled and again , they have not and will not be charged

Again, like I said , this customer was told that the item was on back order and we never heard back from them, THIS CUSTOMER WAS NEVER CHARGED , so this issue should be closed

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: no email was received I have searched spam and other folders repeatedly therefore I do not accept their explanation I do not want the product at this point and I have verified with the credit card company that no charges will be processed/accepted from this company, therefore, I consider this matter closed If they had sent an email, why then did they not respond to my subsequent emails and phone calls regarding this matter (rhetorical question)? What is the order number , the one listed with this complaint is not a valid order number , please porvide a valid sells order and we will look into this issue and take cared of it if something needs to be addressedThank you

This customer was emailed the day after placing the order letting him know that there was a shipping lead time because this product was on back order and we never heard back from them and WE NEVER CHARGED THIS CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD SO NO REFUND IS NEEDED

Again , I am sorry for any confusion if any on our end, you were sent an email letting you know we were out of stock at the time , and you were never charged, so I don't see what the issue is

This customer was never charged and we sent this customer an email letting them know there was a shipping lead time of days and we never heard back from the customer, and again the customer was never charge and we will cancel the order

This customer was told that we were shut down for a little more then a week in a half and is why it took us "ONLY" days to respond to the customers first request to return the product because he was not happy with the condition of the product which is "New Demo" and is fully functional and has some scratches and scuffs as it is a demo unit as the customer knew it was since it was advertised as such on our web site when the customer purchased the product We then sent the customer the RMA return information yesterday (RMA Number # [redacted] ) and informed the customer of the return policy of returning the product within days as he agreed to when purchasing the product from our website (Product must be returned within (days) from when this RMA Number was issuedIf product is not returnedwithin this time, this RMA Number will no longer be valid and all warranty willbe voidIf there was a replacement sent out to you and the productbeing returned is not back within the (days) you will be chargedthe unit price on the original invoice for the replacementYou must return(ship) the product back to us the same way we shipped it to you which is with 2inches of packing material on all four sides of the productIf the product isnot shipped back to us packed properly or if there is shipping damage, we arenot responsible for the product no longer and all warranty is void.)Once the customer returns the product and we verify that the product is in the same condition as when we sent it to him and if so , then we will issue a full refund at that timeThank you and let me know if you would like anything else form us

We replied with this : Hi, the product you have requested was on back orderThe last shipment came in today and the product they sent us was not correctWe don't know how much longer it will take us to get the correct product in, so we can keep your order on back order and let you know when it comes in and if you still need it at that time, we can ship it to you then, or we can cancel your orderI am sorry, You have not been charged and your order has been canceled for nowPlease let us know what you would like us to do thank you I dont know why we the customer did not get the email if they did not but we sent it and more importantly the customer was NEVER CHARGED

So I accept the business's offer. What I want to know is what will TamayaTech do to correct the misrepresentation on their web site? They mention nothing about correcting the picture of the item they offered. No apology for the misrepresentation, nothing!Regards, [redacted]

This customer was send an email on 2/12/letting this customer know that we were out of stock at that time and requested if thy wanted us to put them on back order and let them know if and when we get more of that product back in to stockWe have not every charged this customer and we never heard back from this customerI am sorry we were not able to help this customer , but we did notify this customer and we never charged this customers credit card and so we never took any money from this customerI do not think we are in any wrongPlease let us know if you need anything else from usThank you

Sorry but we were closed last week and just opened back up yesterday ,you have not been charged and won’t be , we are not able to ship till next week and see as you need it right awayand that you have opened a complaint with the Revdex.com , we will cancel your order.Again I am sorry and you have not

I am rejecting this response because:This is the only email I received and the company is not at all telling the Revdex.com the truthI replyed to this email with a question and NEVER received a reply Thank you for your order , but we regret to inform you that we do not have this part number in stock as new right now, but have it as Refurbished with a month warranty and can ship within ( ) days at the same price with a month warranty in Grade A conditionSo Please reply to this email to let us know if you would like to process your order for the refurbished product and we can revise your order and email you a copy of the updated sales order and process your order so that we can allocate one of these units to your order and ship your order to you as soon as possibleIf you do not wish to process your order, just reply to this email asking us to cancel your order and we will do so and all your personal data will be deleted from our secure website and database, your privacy is important to us.
