I am rejecting this response because: They advertised that they had of the cameras I wanted. Then days after I ordered the cameras, they sent me an email asking if I still wanted the cameras. I though that was weird but I sent them back an email saying that I still wanted the cameras. I never received any other communication from their company even though I sent them several means of communication (i.e., emails, voice mails).

We did talk to this customer on the phone when she called and requested to cancel the order when it was already out , but we had to have fedex bring the box back to us and we just got it back and the accounting dept issues refunds on Fridays so it will be issued this Friday and we will refund you...

the total amount but you must be patient if you want us to wave the cancellation fee. Thank you

Again the unit that came in that were on back order were the wrong ones and we do not have the ones you want and is the reason why we never charged you. So your order is canceled since we did not have what you want and again we have not and will not charge you. Thank you

This customers order was canceled because the units we had in stock were defective when tested before shipping the order. This customer was told that we were shut down for a little more then a week in a half and is why it took us "ONLY" 6 days to respond to the customers first request to return the product because he was not happy with the condition of the product which is "New Demo" and is fully functional and has...

some scratches and scuffs as it is a demo unit as the customer knew it was since it was advertised as such on our web site when the customer purchased the product.  We then sent the customer the RMA return information yesterday (RMA Number # [redacted]) and informed the customer of the return policy of returning the product within 15 days as he agreed to when purchasing the product from our website (Product must be returned within (15 days) from when this RMA Number was issued. If product is not returnedwithin this time, this RMA Number will no longer be valid and all warranty willbe void. If there was a replacement sent out to you and the productbeing returned is not back within the (15 days) you will be chargedthe unit price on the original invoice for the replacement. You must return(ship) the product back to us the same way we shipped it to you which is with 2inches of packing material on all four sides of the product. If the product isnot shipped back to us packed properly or if there is shipping damage, we arenot responsible for the product no longer and all warranty is void.)Once the customer returns the product and we verify that the product is in the same condition as when we sent it to him and if so , then we will issue a full refund at that time. Thank you and let me know if you would like anything else form us.

This customer was sent an email letting them know that the product they ordered was back ordered and that it will be a few weeks before we can ship and asked if they would like to be put on back order, and we then have not heard back from the customer since. ALSO we have not charged this customer...

since we did not hear back from this customer. Again this customer was never charged and wont be and we will cancel the order at this time.

We shipped what [redacted] shipped so if the customer wants to send it back for a refund the RMA number is #[redacted] and there will be a 25% restocking fee.

This customer was sent an email letting them know that the item was on back order and when the shipment came in , we were sent the wrong item from our vendor and is why the customer was NEVER CHARGED. So the order was canceled already and the customer will not be charged.

This customer was told twice that we were not able to find the motherboards in the warehouse and that the order was cancelled and WAS NEVER CHARGED. So this case should be closed since we canceled the order and again , this customer was never charged.

This customer was sent a email letting them know the product was back-ordered and was and has not ever been charged. So their order has been canceled and again , they have not and will not be charged.

resolution is not satisfactory to me, but it is probably the best I will get. So I accept the business's offer.
What I want to know is what will TamayaTech do to correct the misrepresentation on their web site?  They mention nothing about correcting the picture of the item they offered. No apology for the misrepresentation, nothing!Regards,

This customer was sent an email letting them know that the product was back ordered and that he was NOT CHARGED, and that we wanted to know if the customer wanted us to put his order and back order or if he wanted us to cancel it. We have not heard back from the customer since and until now. Again...

the customer was not charged, and the order is on hold until we hear back from them.

This customer was never charged and we sent this customer an email letting them know there was a shipping lead time of 5 days and we never heard back from the customer, and again the customer was never charge and we will cancel the order.

Again , I am sorry for any confusion if any on our end, you were sent an email letting you know we were out of stock at the time , and you were never charged, so I don't see what the issue is.

We replied with this : Hi, the product you have requested was on back order. The last shipment came in today and the product they sent us was not correct. We don't know how much longer it will take us to get the correct product in, so we can keep your order on back order and let you know when it comes in and if you still need it at that time, we can ship it to you then, or we can cancel your order. I am sorry, You have not been charged and your order has been canceled for now. Please let us know what you would like us to do thank you I dont know why we the customer did not get the email if they did not but we sent it and more importantly the customer was NEVER CHARGED.

This customer was emailed the day after placing the order letting him know that there was a shipping lead time because this product was on back order and we never heard back from them and WE NEVER CHARGED THIS CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARD SO NO REFUND IS NEEDED.

I am rejecting this...

response because:I have not received any phone calls or emails from the vendor concerning our order since 10/18. This is our first notice of cancellation. We also never stated that we were charged. Our issues have been solely related to the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism shown by this company. You can guarantee that we will never do business with them again and we will not recommend them to any customers or partners.

Again, like I said , this customer was told that the item was on back order and we never heard back from them, THIS CUSTOMER WAS NEVER CHARGED , so this issue should be closed .

What is the order number , the one listed with this complaint is not a valid order number , please porvide a valid sells order and we will look into this issue and take cared of it if something needs to be addressed. Thank you
