Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12203199.The Tandoi response mischaracterized the bases for my complaint, which I have set forth already in detail in my original complaint to the Revdex.com and in my April email to Mike T [redacted] Sal T [redacted] agreed to resolve my complaint via a partial refund of $ I received that partial refund today, which I will use to pay for re-sealing our household driveway by another sealcoating contractor (not Tandoi).I am satisfied with this resolution and the case can be closed[redacted] 6-19-

Consumers issue has been 100% resolved

Revdex.com spoke with MrTandoi today and has stated the following: MrTandoi states he has spoken with the customer on numerous occasions regarding the high volume of work and driveways that have to be installed and paved All equipment and manpower were tied up recently and backlogged to the rain and weather We knew there was a siding issue We guaranteed we would take care of it We even gave him the option to have someone come and we would take care of the bill We will fix the siding and the driveway There may be some issues with the driveway because the binder stone is designed as a bigger stone and there is no top coat on the driveway The base binder has been put down and that's when we want an issue to occur so it can be taken care of We will be out there within two weeks to address the concerns

I have called Tandoi times and they will not return my callI have spoken to the secretary, she takes the message and they still do not call backThis is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years, they are liarsI have a contract for the completion of the job, which is already paid forIn my opinion, they don't plan on coming back to complete the jobMaybe the Revdex.com can do something.Please get back to me and let me know your results

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have hired a company to repair the siding on my house myself and will send the bill to MrTandoi after the work is completedI have also hire a company to Top Coat the driveway as this is the proper way to seal the driveway from further damageIf left in the condition it is in now the plowing done during the winter along with the freeze/thaw cycle will cause further deterioration of the drivewayI would prefer that MrTandio does not come on my property at this timeIf there are any further questions please feel free to contact me Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with MrTandoi today and he has stated that there is no issue in the work that was provided He stated that he apologizes for the issue of the clean out plug being covered, however they were not aware where it was located He stated that they needed to contact the water authority to find out exactly where it was located so that they could address the issue, which has been the reason for the delay They met with the water authority on Friday and they will be heading there today to address the issue and resolve the complaint

Revdex.com spoke with the consumer who advised she had communicated with the business and the matter is resolved

I have spoken to the consumer, we tried to fix the issue at the end of last season, he states it didn't workI have committed to be there the beginning of the upcoming season to fix this issue for him

We talked to the customer he stated he was mad because we gave a couple houses down a better deal He was told last year that because it was a new drive it would have to be sealed last year and this year We are going there to refund his money Tell us why here

We do understand there is an issue with this driveway and we will be fixing it this year We have been in contact with her

Mike *** - called, he and Mr *** worked out a compromiseMr *** has confirmed that this satisfies his complaint

Revdex.com spoke with the business today and they have stated that they have sent her a check There was an office miscommunication and they thought the check had been sent, but at this point it has, and he does apologize for the delay
