We received a call immediately after contacting the Revdex.com from Tandoi and they scheduled to come repair our driveway.  The repair was done within 2 weeks from that call and the driveway looks good.  We are now on track to get it sealed in the spring.

Phone response - I have called [redacted] and left messages, she has yet to return my calls.

Consumers issue has been 100% resolved.

Consumer called and stated the issue has been resolved and the complaint can be closed.

This driveway has been fixed and water tested. A big issue is the way the land lays, water drains from the grass onto the driveway as well, which would totally alleviate the issue.

Revdex.com spoke with the consumer who advised that this matter is resolved.

Revdex.com spoke with Mr. Tandoi today and has stated the following:
Mr. Tandoi states he has spoken with the customer on numerous occasions regarding the high volume of work and driveways that have to be installed and paved.
All equipment and manpower were tied up recently and backlogged to the rain and...

We knew there was a siding issue.  We guaranteed we would take care of it.  We even gave him the option to have someone come and we would take care of the bill.
We will fix the siding and the driveway.  There may be some issues with the driveway because the binder stone is designed as a bigger stone and there is no top coat on the driveway.  The base binder has been put down and that's when we want an issue to occur so it can be taken care of.  We will be out there within two weeks to address the concerns.

Revdex.com spoke with the business today and they have stated that an invoice has not yet been received from the consumer, so they are unable to assist him at this time.

Mr Lindsay called, stated that they have not heard anything from Tandoi as of yet. They said around the 21st, but would call a day ahead, we have heard nothing. They are stalling until the plants close to try and push it off. Not acceptable.

Good morning - we have tried many times to contact Mrs. [redacted] and we did play phone tag.  We are guilty of not showing up or calling when we could not.  We are doing her crack fills and sealing for free and we will be there today

Bureau:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12203199.The Tandoi response mischaracterized the bases for my complaint, which I have set forth already in detail in my original complaint to the Revdex.com and in my April 2017 email to Mike T[redacted] Sal T[redacted] agreed to resolve my complaint via a partial refund of $125.  I received that partial refund today, which I will use to pay for re-sealing our household driveway by another sealcoating contractor (not Tandoi).I am satisfied with this resolution and the case can be closed.[redacted] 6-19-2017

Revdex.com spoke with Mr. Tandoi today and he has stated that there is no issue in the work that was provided.  He stated that he apologizes for the issue of the clean out plug being covered, however they were not aware where it was located.  He stated that they needed to contact the water...

authority to find out exactly where it was located so that they could address the issue, which has been the reason for the delay.  They met with the water authority on Friday and they will be heading there today to address the issue and resolve the complaint.

Salvatore [redacted] came to my house in October of 2016 to seal the driveway. The sealing of the driveway was part of a settlement with Tandoi asphalt for doing such a terrible job on the driveway. Every time Salvatore comes he has another excuse for not sealing the driveway. He just does not want to do the driveway because he is not getting paid cash for the job. This is the worst company I have ever delt with. If there was a way to close this company I would help as much as possible.The driveway turned out so bad it should be done over again by some one else and have Tandoi pay for it.

I have called Tandoi 5 times and they will not return my call. I have spoken to the secretary, she takes the message and they still do not call back. This...

is the worst company I have ever dealt with in all my years, they are liars. I have a contract for the completion of the job, which is already paid for. In my opinion, they don't plan on coming back to complete the job. Maybe the Revdex.com can do something.Please get back to me and let me know your results.
