Received voicemail from business to call.  Called business and spoke with owner (Mike T[redacted]), he stated that this complaint has been resolved.  Business have resealed consumer's driveway.  At the time the job was originally done which was close to the end of the season, there was no...

more sealer to repair driveway.  Business has spoke with consumer and they are happy with repairs.  Also have given consumer verbal agreement on resealant for the beginning of the season.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have hired a company to repair the siding on my house myself and will send the bill to Mr. Tandoi after the work is completed. I have also hire a company to Top Coat the driveway as this is the proper way to seal the driveway from further damage. If left in the condition it is in now the plowing done during the winter along with the freeze/thaw cycle will cause further deterioration of the driveway. I would prefer that Mr. Tandio does not come on my property at this time. If there are any further questions please feel free to contact me.

I have scheduled her repair for right around the 21st of September.  I will call her the day before to verify
