Re: Revdex.com Assigned ID [redacted]
Dear [redacted],
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity
to address this customer's concernsOn January 5, we received an email
stating that her checking information has been stolen and that she started a
new job and would contact us when she can to update her new pay dates and get
back on track
On January 13, an attempt was made to
contact [redacted]t for an update on repayment information because there had
not been a follow up call as she stated in her emailThis contact was by cell
phone and emailThere was no response to these attempts
On February 10, her account was moved to
our resolutions department and the first contact by a resolutions representative
was February 11, 2016, where a voicemail was left on her cellular number and an
email sent to her email address on fileShe did respond the messages left on
that day and set up a payment arrangement with our representative for the
balance in full starting in March
On February 17, we received an email
stating, "I have asked you to never
contact my previous employer and I have been told that you are repeatedly
calling them on a daily basisLike I said I do not work there any longer and
my only contact is my phone number ----"
Our resolutions representative reached out by
emailing, "Mrs[redacted]t, Thank
you for your recent email regarding your loan with Target Finance, LLCUnfortunately
the information you have been provided is faulty No one from Target
Finance has contacted your prior employer since your advised us of your job
change. All contact has been initiated at your contact number of
(605) ----- Please contact me at the number below to arrange
dates and amounts of repayment of your loan as we last discussed on February
11, 2016."
We then received another email from [redacted]t
stating," Will you accept for payoff
of this loan? I am waiting to hear back from you"
Our representative responded, "Mrs[redacted]t,
As of today's date, the total balance owed on your
loan is $
Target Finance will accept the principal balance
of $551.42, if paid in full, no later than February 26, If
you would like to make payments on the balance of $808.07, please let me know
what amount of funds you can make without fail, to include specific dates and
amounts. We would rather work with you on the balance rather than send
the account to a third party collection agency"
On February 18, 2016, [redacted]t sent another
email stating, "Ok so my bank Wells Fargo contacted me regarding withdrawals
from my account from your company and they told me your company is not a
licensed lender in South Dakota I was also told you have no
authorization to lend money in this State."
Our representative sent a response," Mrs[redacted]t,
Target Finance, LLCIs a wholly owned and
operated entity of the Fort Belknap Indian Community that is located on the
Fort Belknap Reservation of MontanaWe are a federally recognized tribal
entity and therefore, the activities of Target Finance, LLCare not subject to
licensing by any state and are immune from any state investigation or
enforcement actions
I can be reached at the number below,

We have made attempts to accommodate [redacted]
[redacted]t's employment situation and have made attempts to resolve the balance
with her as wellIn an email dated February 14, she stated that she will
have her first paycheck on March 4, 2016, she may call in to speak with our
resolutions representative after that date to create an arrangement that will
not be very intrusive to her financial situation

Re: Revdex.com Assigned ID [redacted]

Dear [redacted],
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address this customer’s concerns. Target Cash Now has extended three loans to [redacted]. The first...

funded 7/25/2014 for $800.00 and paid off 7/31/2014. The second funded on 8/6/2014 for $1000.00 and paid off on 11/28/2014.  However, on the third loan funded on 12/23/2014 for $1300, [redacted] called in on 1/13/2015 to add additional funds to pay down on her payment plan, which she made on 1/15/2015. On 1/28/2015 [redacted] called in to extend her due date of 1/30/2015 to 2/2/2015 at that time she would pay the loan off. That payment declined. On the following dates we attempted to contact [redacted] to set up a payment plan for repayment 3/9/2015, 3/20/2015, 3/31/2015, 4/7/2015, 4/8/2015, 4/13/2015 and 4/15/2015, she did not answer any of the calls or respond to any messages left.
On 4/16/2015 a letter of revoking our ACH privileges also stating that products offered by Target Cash Now were not a legal in the state of California.
Our customer service department is always available to answer any questions about our company, our financial products and repayment terms and options with customers.
On 4/27/2015, a seven day letter of demand was sent by email to [redacted], there was no response by her.
On 2/20/2016 [redacted]’s account was sent to an outside collections agency.
As we do sympathize with [redacted]’s situation, we were not given the opportunity to assist her in this matter.
Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns of this customer.

Re: Revdex.com Assigned ID [redacted]

Dear [redacted]
Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to address this customer’s concerns. On March 22, 2016 [redacted] spoke with one of our representatives...

to verify the information on her loan application (General profile information, Employment, Banking and References). Located on the first page of the loan application is a full disclosure of the loan rates for the dollar amount requested and the payment schedule. The payment schedule is also repeated again on page eight of the loan application. Upon the completion of the verification process to correct any erroneous items, she was given the terms and conditions of repayment of her loan. These items are available for review during the signing of the loan contract.
If there are any questions regarding the repayment terms of the loan contract customers are always welcome to contact Customer Service.
Thank you for the opportunity to address the concerns of this customer.
