this customer’s concerns. Target Cash Now is Owned and operated by Target
Finance, LLC. Target Finance, LLC, does business as Target Cash Now
(targetcashnow.com). Target Finance, LLC, is a Native American owned business
created by and for the Ft. Belknap Indian community, a Sovereign American
Indian tribe. Our business is operated on the Ft. Belknap Reservation located
in Montana. This information is located in the signed consumer loan agreement on
our website.
In regards to the international charges, we have a trained
staff of customer care specialists ready to answer any that [redacted] may
have. As a valued repeat customer, this charge has always been present and a
part of her payment plan. When a repayment plan is agreed upon we will take in
consideration this fee and can adjust her payments. Also, we have blocked
outgoing calls to her employer.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The company did not acknowledge that they are falsely representing themselves as a company in Montana when the transactions are international and result in fees to my account. I also am unable to login to my account as their site seems to have a glitch where it just redirects back to login screen. They also did not agree not to contact me or my employer. The only thing that is acceptable from their response is that they will not ach debit my account.

[redacted] in consideration of her experience with Customer Service.
In response to [redacted]s’ claim to owing a balance. There is no remaining balance to be paid, this account is closed.
In response to [redacted]s’ claim to negative ratings that are causing denials with other Tribal Lenders. Target Cash Now does not share information for joint marketing with other financial companies.
However, Target Cash Now does reserve the right to limit or deny service at any time.

payment on 5/6/2016 came back as Insufficient Funds as well as her second payment on 5/20/2016.
There have not been any payments by [redacted] towards this account. However, [redacted] is welcome to call in to to our Resolutions Department to discuss a payment arrangement for her outstanding balance.
A copy of her loan agreement and payment history has been forwarded to [redacted] for her review.
