 The last time I was in on the 14th, The person I spoke to the car would still pull to the right.  I am going to remove the complaint. I am not satisfied with service I received a the dealership.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN IN REGARDS TO THIS CLAIM THE MAILING WAS SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND TO A PERSON WHO NO LONGER WORKS FOR PREOWNED FACTORY AS A RESULT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE INFORMATION IN THE TIME ALOTTED. SO GOING FORWARD [redacted] IS NOT THE CONTACT PERSON IT SHOULD BE [redacted]....

I HOPE THAT UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES THE CLAIM CAN BE REOPENED AND YOU WILL CONSIDER OUR RESPONSE AS WE ARE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE Revdex.com AND IT IS IMPORTANT TO US TO STAY THAT WAY. IN REGARDS TO CLAIM #[redacted] TOOK DELIVERY OF HER 2010 [redacted] FROM OUR CUMBERLAND LOCATION ON 12/18/2016. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO DRIVE ABOUT 90 MILES TO HER HOME IN HARTFORD CT. THE VEHICLE WENT THROUGH OUR SHOP AND HAD THOROUGH MULTI POINT INSPECTION AND AT THAT TIME ALL THE WHEELS AND TIRES HAD PASSED INSPECTION. THE CUSTOMER SENT US PHOTOS OF THE RIM AND IT IS OBVIOUS TO OUR TECHNICIANS AND ANYONE WHO HAS SEEN THE PHOTOS THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD HAVE BEEN VIBRATING EXTENSIVLY AND WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN ABLE TO TRAVEL 90 MILES WITHOUT THE DRIVER NOTICING. [redacted] CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP ,ACCORDING TO HER COMPLAINT, 2 DAYS LATER. UNFORTUNATLEY IT IS THEREFORE OUR BELEIF THAT THE DAMAGE OCCURED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FROM OUR LOT. THE DEALERSHIP OFFERED TO HELP WITH THE COST OF THE REPAIR BY GIVING THE CUSTOMER OUR PRICING ON A NEW WHEEL AND TIRE BUT [redacted] DID THE REPAIR ON HER OWN. Hello I am writing to you to update you on the situation with Mr. [redacted]. We sent his vehicle to a second party transmission shop and they were awaiting an approval form the extended warranty co. to do the repairs to his truck. The process took a long time to get a response which it...

turned out in the end the warranty claim was denied so we went ahead and payed the $1800.00 repair ourselves with no cost to Mr [redacted]. The process took to long and we appreciate Mr [redacted] frustration and patience. He picked up his vehicle last week with a rebuilt transmission and so far everything seems to be fine.

Mr. [redacted] purchased his 2014 [redacted] Focus on January 25, 2014.  During his ownership experience, he comes into Tasca for warranty repairs only.  Based off of history, when Mr. [redacted] brings his vehicle into our dealership he finds damage that he claims was not there before. ...

This happened back in October of 2015, as well as January 2017.   Back in October of 2015, even with no reason to believe the damage was done at our dealership, we paid for the body damage repair as a good will gesture.  We are at a similar situation with this present complaint brought forth by Mr. [redacted].  Mr. [redacted]’s vehicle was here for a warranty repair and when he came to pick it up in the pouring rain, he was able to immediately identify a dent in the bumper which he states was not there before.  At that point, Service Director, [redacted], got involved and had our Body Shop prepare an estimate to repair the bumper.  The estimate came to approximately $800.00 (Eight Hundred Dollars).  Tasca Automotive group is willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to get this repaired.  We will not assume all responsibility as once again, we have no reason to believe this happened while the vehicle was being serviced.   I do want to make it clear we are still willing to work with Mr. [redacted] to get this resolved at a price that would be fair and reasonable for both sides.   Thank you,

Truck Manager, [redacted], confirmed the keys were sent via [redacted] on 2/22.  If customer still has not received, I'd request a call or email directly.  We are requesting a delivery receipt from [redacted].  My direct information is:  [redacted] or [redacted]

We re-performed his alignment free of charge.Vehicle is in need of further repairs:  has front end damage, and 4 almost bald tires, and may also have brake pull – all these issues contribute to the vehicle “pulling” to the right.The alignment is not the cure to vehicle issues.We tried to explain to owner of vehicle. After I picket up the truck on 01/26/2018 there was no noise  but three days later on the morning of 1/30/2018 when I went to start the truck it made a big bang and made the same noise as before than the truck never start after that. I had it towed to my mechanic to check it up after he removed the starter and showed me he determined that it needed a starter and fly wheel.

The business in question has not fully addressed the fact that due to their negligence and incomplete diagnosis and repair of my vehicle, my family's well being was put in jeopardy, our vacation to Disney was interrupted and delayed, and in order to proceed on we wound up having to buy a NEW VEHICLE, thereby loosing equity in our old vehicle and causing undue out of pocket expenses. Coupled with the fact that they produced false documentation as to the repairs done, and attempted to fabricate a false claim that the vehicle in question had previous electrical issues that contributed to the breakdown of the vehicle. Refunding the money for a parts and labor that DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM is the least they could do.

The general manager never called me back to attempt to resolve this issue. The dealership is solely responsible for what took place and they are not accommodating my request to be reimbursed. I am able to provide bills from the State of Rhode Island to show the amount that I have lost. The dealership should be accepting this responsibility and reimbursing me for the total amount listed in the complaint. Nobody from this very large dealership has attempted to contact me and I find that extremely rude. When a comment is made that a general manager will contact me then that should be a priority. From the ownership group down they have shown no sense of urgency and nobody has tried to reach out to me. I would like this matter resolved as soon as possible!

By Tasca's latest response, I see that their mistreatment of the cars that come there for service is only surpassed by their mistreatment of the customers who own them.  I would like to add that the last time that Tasca damaged my car was while it was being serviced for another Revdex.com complaint dealing with leaks from my moonroof .  I had to bring my car back twice for damage, as a result.  First they scratched up my interior and denied it, after having to remove my ceiling in one piece.  And upon picking it up,  there were scratches on both sides of my car.  I have zero respect and confidence in Tasca and [redacted].   I will reach out to other agencies to help me with this matter.
