We replaced the fly wheel we originally installed.  Noise seems to be gone.  Service Manger, [redacted], spoke to customer directly.  Issues seem to be resolved at this point.

As far as [redacted], the salesperson and the F & I Manager who took care of this customer are both no longer here.  His Warranty should have been cancelled by the F & I Manager.  All warranty monies are sent back to the bank and taken off the principle.   All warranties...

are pro-rated so he would not be getting the full amount of his package returned.  He would not be getting a check either.  Most people don’t understand that.  He should check with his bank.

it has nothing to do with VIN number, my broken vacuumreservoir is the same in the picture, but not the same you shipped to me, I don't need to give you any VIN number if I'm watching what I need to buy. Been in the Auto mechanics world for a long time to see how you guys simply fool people by buying parts for other stores to re-sell them later. It was supposed to be delivered in 2 days, it took 2 weeks, and in the end it was the wrong item. After not so kind phone calls you finally decided to email me a return shipping label, which I used and shipped. Well it's been almost a month since I made this wrongful buy from scammers like you. All I want is my money back, and will forget everything about you and this headache. VIN number? please go scam another fool! BTW I already fixed it by using an Econoline part one.

GAP has been successfully canceled.Check will be mailed to customer today.

Mr [redacted] lives in TX.  He is outside of our district and therefore does not qualify for the MA and RI Federal Tax rebates.  He would also not qualify for the GM special offers because GM sends out the offers by zip code.  Our representative [redacted], did explain this to Mr. [redacted]. ...

We have Resolved all issue with the vehicle

Things were fixed according to...

their view of fixing vehicles. I am still to this day even now that I am out of warranty with the vehicle finding things wrong with this car. In fact just today there was a loose wire causing my car not to start. and I had to pay out of pocket to fix it. There was nothing wrong with the car before I brought it in to be inspected. And of course when I brought it to them to be inspected I waited an hour just for the salesman to drop it off even though the service manager asked him to take it when I first got there. It's obviously a lemon. I do not want this car. I want nothing to do with tasca. I am minutes away from going to see [redacted] tasca himself. I am sure that he would be surprised that the people working for him treat their customers so badly. The only way to resolve this is a refund, or an exchange of my choice according to the lemon laws. This car has absolutely been in tasca 11 business days or more within the first 60 days. Especially seeing as the service manager took it upon himself to keep my car without notifying me.

I have received full payment for the amount of the warranty I purchased.  Nevertheless, the warranty I received was fraudulently represented and, had I known then what I know now as to the condition of the car, I never would have purchased it in the first place.  I have been advised that Tasca had numerous problems with the warranty program they were offering and the deficiency in its use would most likely have affected the purchases of numerous other buyers.  The return of warranty monies is an insufficient resolution when the reason for getting the warranty is peace of mind.  Without an affordable and suitable replacement so much further down the line, the potential costs for repairs make the purchase of used cars from Tasca unfeasible and unaffordable.  I continue to be disappointed by this matter.

This has been resolved with the customer.

I have read the rebuttal from Tasca.  If they are looking to settle the issue and fix the damage at no cost to me, I am willing to consder the case closed.  They can contact me for an appointment, if this works.
I have read the rebuttal from Tasca.  If they wish to resolve the issue, they can contact me about an appointment.   As for a fair cost, I am not willing to pay anything for damage that was done by another.   The front end was just done before Christmas.   There's no way that I would not have noticed it.I  am however willing to drop my complaints about the other issues, if Tasca fixes my car at no cost to me.

The customer was refunded in full on june 15th 2015 in the amount of $111.07 via Paypal transaction number [redacted] . We are regretful in the delay it took to refund this.[redacted]

The complaint was mis directed, the issue is with the Cranston location, and is in the process of being resolved.

The customer's name has been removed from all mailing lists.

According to Tasca Service Dept., this complaint was answered.  A new moon roof was installed.  Please close it.Thank you.

Replacing the tailgate is the only resolution we are offering at this time.The vehicle was in a third parties hand prior to coming to our dealership.We will not take full responsibility for the damages.

To whom it may concern,   Thank you for the letter of concern on [redacted]. We have researched the claim made in this complaint and find it to be different than stated. Please find an attached we owe signed by her stating we would pay $225 towards the zipper. We would like to just get her the check for the $225 as she agreed to at this time. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Tell us  we at Tasca contacted Mr [redacted] and offered to replace headliner and all damaged parts due to water leak, Mr [redacted] was very happy with outcome, customer all set at this time
