I just finished my first lesson package with *** *** Music (TRM) When searching for voice lessons, I am so happy I found TRM I believe they were the best choice! They always get back to me when I have a question and follow up with any calls I make to them From day one, they've been happy to help me with any concerns, such as payment plans or switching instructors, and want to make sure I am happy with my lessons
The instructors I've had are fun and happy (which are the best kind of people, and fun is how it should be), they encourage me, and make me feel completely comfortable when I practice my squawking (singing)Their knowledge has helped me progress in the few months I've been with them They've been flexible with their schedules and don't make me feel like I'm wasting their time They truly care about the lesson
I had my first vocal lesson with Nathaniel T*** last SaturdayNathaniel taught me how to breathe better which honestly made me tiredLol He was prepared and organized and being a teacher I respect those qualitiesHis voice is magical and I could listen to him sing for hoursI thoroughly enjoyed my lesson and can't wait for the next

On June 29th we paid $to hire a drum instructor for my son Joseph This instructor was scheduled to come to our home on July 6th- the instructor actually called a couple of days before just to verify the appointment, but never showed up or called to cancel/reschedule My husband called the following day and the office couldn't give us any explanation, but assured us the instructor would be there the following Sunday, July 9th No one showed up, no one called My husband called again on Monday and at that point, they offered my son an "additional" free lesson and that they would find us another instructor They called us back stating they could not find any other drum instructor, and if my son Joseph would possibly consider another instrument Needless to say, we requested a refund and won't be going back
My son has only had lesson, but the instructor was great with him and answered all the questions he and I had He was very personable and my son can't wait for his next lesson

I had voice lessons with Jennifer *** and loved them! She worked with me on breath control, voice range, and songs I likedShe guided me on how to sing these songs so I was more relaxed, and was very positive and encouraging I left feeling grateful
Great experience If you are self-motivated and willing to commit this place can do wonders I have had an amazing experience with my instructor Travis So far I feel really comfortable with him and his understanding and knowledge is exceptional
First lesson for my daughter and she is excited about the next and about practicing! Excellent experience and customer serviceI highly recommend this to anyone
*** is so patient and positive with my 6yo sonMy son even voluntarily practiced between lessonsAnd he especially likes that *** shows him how to play parts of his favorite songsHe's learning how to play guitar and have fun with it!

I feel very disheartened and scammed by this businessI am mother of four children and I work nightsWhen called multiple times by Robinson music (after inquiring online for a quote), I was called early morning and scammed into buying a non refundable music package for my children and over $was immediately charged to my cardDuring this conversation, the mention of "non refundable" was never verbalizedAfter being contacted by a drunken music instructor, who was supposed to be left to teach my children, who was slurring words and overly-chatty on the phone, to the point that he didn't want to end the call, and being at work during business hours, I had to awkwardly end the call, with many attemptsThe scheduling was also conflictingAfter this initial experience I called to explain my discomforts and hesitations, I was informed the packages were non refundable and I should have read my emailsWow! I was looking for options for my years old daughter on her music careerShe is set in being a musician and while she has received piano and voice lessons, she also wanted to learn how to play the guitar but continue to deepen her voice and piano lessonsAll the other schools that I looked for limited her to months to a yearWith Taylor Robinson I was able to work with a great customer support team who help me match the best instructor for my daughter and I was able to be set up on an affordable package that allows my daughter to try a new instrument or return to her usual one with no additional costWe had our first class last week and so far it was very instructional, and she was able to get her questions answered with a years experienced instructor who has performed and has a Music Master's DegreeThe customer support team has been on top of our experience and I cannot thank you all enough for helping us find the best schedule, location and instructor
