Admitted to having subpar instructors and promised a new one One year later I'm out $2,and own a piano that is unused I paid nearly two thousand dollars for piano lessons for my kids The first instructor showed up late or not at all for scheduled appointments and loved to showboat instead of instruct the kids So I requested a replacement teacher He came twice, said it was obvious the kids hadn't been taught anything by the prior teacher, and then 'got busy' When I contacted [redacted] , they admitted that they've had other complaints about these instructors and that they would find me a new one Now I can't get anyone to get back to me I've had this package for over a year, and purchased a piano so the kids could learn and now I'm out all of this money Horrible business practices

I got this lesson for my Granddaughter, [redacted] It took her a very long time to schedule a lesson with MrF [redacted] H [redacted] C***When she finally did last week she was so excited and couldn't wait to have her next lessonSo I will be setting up a few more lessons for herHaven't heard her this excited over something in a long time
The voice instructor (Kay ***) that my daughter finally ended up with was amazing! However, the initial instructor that I booked with on the site never emailed me, has a non existent studio, and when I finally hunted her down on Google and got ahold of her she said she hadn't worked with [redacted] in months. The staff at Taylor [redacted] do a great job with contacting you to follow up and ensure that everything went well. Overall, it was a little chaotic getting that initial lesson but was worth the trouble.
[redacted] and instructor Paul K have been fantastic to work with! The scheduling team was thorough and found out from me what I needed Instructor Paul KIs knowledgeable, a great teacher, and makes the lessons fun though there is a lot of work involvedI actually think I can do this now!
I had voice lessons with Jennifer [redacted] and loved them! She worked with me on breath control, voice range, and songs I likedShe guided me on how to sing these songs so I was more relaxed, and was very positive and encouraging I left feeling grateful
The instructor was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgable The support staff were friendly and helpful in getting my initial lesson scheduled, and then rescheduled when I was never contacted by the first instructor I was paired with Very smooth process and worth the time investment I really enjoyed the experience and look forward to learning more
The music teacher that I choose from [redacted] is awesome!! His name is Chris and I love the fact that he first does an assessment of the student to see how would be the most effective way to teach the music to the student per their each individual personalityHe comes to my house which takes the hassle of having to get home from work and drive the student halfway across town for the lessonPlus I think the stress level drops for a child that is in familiar surroundings and they can learn in a more relaxed setting
JC was very personable and did a really good job of explaining new concepts I did not understandI feel really confident about the next couple of lessons well have together Considering this being my first formal guitar lesson I am excited to learn all I can from him as well as other TRM instructors
I am very happy with the classes I have had till nowBoth my daughters are extremely comfortable with Mr Chad Ba, the instructor and look forward to their lessons with him
I found Kelvin through the [redacted] CompanyThey asked what I was looking for and found someone who teaches the type of music I am interested in Kelvin is very patient, understanding and is an enthusiastic teacher He has a very good knowledge of music, theory, harmony, guitar and voice and is helping me with all these thingsI am learning a lot and having funThe teacher comes to my house, which is really convenientI would highly recommend this company
