I had my very first vocal lesson with Chad and he was amazing!! Alol together the *** *** music group really has their set of talent, and executes it to the public as convenient as possible! I am so excited to continue my lessons and to keep learning all that I can!

My daughter has been receiving voice lessons for a month She really enjoys the lessons and looks forward to them The instructor is good at both correcting and encouraging Rough start, just in coordinating a teacher, date, etc, but now that we are up and going, very pleased with choice to stick it through
JC was very personable and did a really good job of explaining new concepts I did not understandI feel really confident about the next couple of lessons well have together Considering this being my first formal guitar lesson I am excited to learn all I can from him as well as other TRM instructors

At first, I was not happy with this businessOn-line you are able to pick an instructor and a date/time for your lessonMy kids are heavy into baseball an other programs so our schedule is very limitedI set up my appointment and the money is withdrawn from my accountThe following day the instructor calls and said he can't do our Saturday option and in fact can only provide lessons during the weekdays (um? we have jobs and the kids are in school so this doesn't work)I contacted *** *** two times before receiving a call backHaving said that, when they called back they resolved the problem by sending another instructor that had availability when we needed itHe ended up being a great instructor and a great person who is able to work on Saturdays
It's been a seamless processEveryone has been very helpful and prompt in helping me choose a great instructor and setting up lessonsGreat service that I will recommend to friends
