Scheduled "LIperson" vocal lesson for my child with teacher in area; teacher decided last minute she's not working anymoreWent back to find another, no one in our area, so agreed to do trial with teacher from GA on WebcamAfter a week of attempting to schedule, made to wait ANOTHER week for lessonShe doesn't show up on the Webcam Lesson!!! I have a crying, disheartened 10-year-old daughter totally wanting to give up because *** can't get their teachers together Only reason I give one star is because company rep actually responded
*** very punctual*** really liked him and when *** left *** had enthusiasm regarding learning keyboard and writing his own music
I am very grateful for the teacher's patience with my yr old grandson and stimulating his interest

They sent me to a voice teacher named Emily, and she was amazing! She was very educated- it was clear she knew what she was talking aboutThe one thing she wasn't sure about (just a specialist for vocal chords in the area), she told me she would follow up with me about, and sure enough, the next morning, she did just that! I can get behind a company that is on top of their game, organized, and hires teachers that are the same
We are very happy with KayLynn! She is very sweet to my daughter and has taught her so much in the weeks we have been going to herMy daughter is always excited to see to piano lessons and learn something new!
I had a lesson with Vernon *** recentlyHe tailors his lessons to the goals and skill level of his student, which makes everything more enjoyable and less stressfulHe's very knowledgeable, an outstanding guitarist with a lot if experience, and is a joy to be aroundI plan on continuing lessons with Vern in the future
I think you doing a good business overall, but I had a few problems since I haven't had any lessons yetThe first teacher cancelled half a day before the lessons and his substitute didn't get all the information about me
I had my first lesson with a Taylor Robinson instructor and was amazed by how much I learned and by the professionalism the instructor portrayedAfter trying it out just one time, I have decided to continue with their learning program

At the beginning I was very upset because when I initially booked my son's lesson I was booked for a specific day and time that I could get him thereOnce the actual piano instructor contacted me she did not have my time availableI was livid because I had to rearrange my schedule just to get my son into the lesson I had already PAID for! The communication between this company and the instructors is not goodShe told me that you all don't know her scheduleUnacceptableIf I couldn't of revised MY schedule then I would of been the one out of pocketBut my son's piano lesson went well
