I purchased lessons from Taylor Robinson Music, not realizing this company was not local (they represent online they are local) and therefore did not have current relationships with instructors in the areaThe lesson with the woman they set me up with was totally unqualified to teach voice or musicJust because she went to music school does not make her qualified to TEACHI complained and the company took over weeks to try to find me someone new, and this person also told me she had never taught with this company beforeAt this point the company lost credibility with me and I requested my money back and they refusedThey are refusing to refund UNUSED services
We are very happy with our new piano teacher and the efficiency of the company as a whole. My 6year old daughter enjoys her piano lessons very much and the discounts on large packages make me happy too!
