I purchased a Lesson Package on July 25,2016.An Instructor was schedueled for In-Home lessons on Augat 7:00pm, No one showed up,I spoke to a Rep and rescheduled for Mon Aug.8,No one showed up again! Product_Or_Service: Lesson Package
The experience with the instructor I had initially picked out did not go so well, but [redacted] Music did everything in their power to make it up to me They sent me to a voice teacher named Emily, and she was amazing! She was very educated- it was clear she knew what she was talking aboutThe one thing she wasn't sure about (just a specialist for vocal chords in the area), she told me she would follow up with me about, and sure enough, the next morning, she did just that! I can get behind a company that is on top of their game, organized, and hires teachers that are the same
Lessons were at Ms [redacted] residenceShe was welcoming and friendlyShe made an assessment of my daughter and quickly determined how to proceed with instructionI would say she is very knowledgable and good with kidsShe even went out of her way to send practice voice homework for my daughterI would certainly recommend her to others
The instructor that I was able to find through [redacted] is great [redacted] itself is not a school as advertisedThey are a referral systemI am paying a lot more than I should be for my lessonsIf I would have know this I would have not got through themI was on Jury duty and cleared that with my instructor however [redacted] sent me a threatening email stating that I did not make my instructor aware of this and that they were going to charge me for thatI quickly responded and told them about my jury duty also that I cleared it with my instructorThey did apologizeNot thrilled with the whole experience and spending an extra $per lesson
Susan is great with my daughter She has a beautiful voice She is always trying new ways to keep her interested She was able to give us things to practice for the next lesson to improve results
I would like to say that my voice lesson went really well! Although I only had one lesson thus far, I feel as if I have improved dramatically I would recommend this service to anyone and if I dont, I am doing the country a disservice! Good job [redacted] Music!
The service is good and I am happy with my instructor, but I later learned that I could have found the same instructor by word of mouth rather than using this referral serviceNow I am stuck paying more for the same lessons (because I'm assuming Taylor Robinson takes a cut), than I would have paid if I would have just asked aroundI'm considering finding another instructor in my community without using this referral service
Matt was wonderfulHe gave me instructions to take home and pointers to work onHe also made me feel very at ease which can be hard to do when singingI will definitely continue to work with him!
DrA [redacted] is a very good teacher who has been both skilled and patient working with my daughter He not only trains her voice wise but also helps her prevent a re-occurrence of her nodes he is also consistently professional
[redacted] Music are true professionalsMy daughter's piano instructor, Gabriel, is wonderful! He is very patient and extremely knowledgeable I am preparing to enroll my son under his instruction shortly!
Great!!! I have a yrsold son and yrsold daughter and they loved the way Troy performance their first lesson He was patience with them and always made compliments when they finished a task
A little pricy, but the guy came to my house, and we live in a small little town about minutes to the closest city, which he drove all the way from! He's very friendly, helped my son realize the importance of practice and not just playing around, and helped set up the final finishes on the drum set (VERY helpful since I know nothing about them)
Dennis and I had a great first lesson He gave a lot of information to get started and was very willing to help and show me the proper way of hand and finger positionThank you Mega for setting me up with Dennis I know Baseball season starts in a few weeks but this was a Homerun in preseason Thank you
Our experience with [redacted] Robinson Music has been very positive The instructor is quite talented and my son has learned a great deal It's a bonus that the instructor is able to come directly to you - with crazy schedules of multiple children this is a real plus
[redacted] was amazing we are so happy with the service and looking forward fo continuing
