If for any reason you need to return an item, it will cost you an arm and a leg. On a $520 purchase, I lost $90. There are better companies out there that serve their customers better.

Highly recommend. Fast delivery

TDot performance provides the most PHENOMENAL Service! I was hesitant on ordering parts at first because I had a very bad experience with a different company. The customer service rep was so helpful and my products arrived exactly the way I would've expected!! (Within one week, professionally packaged, and the correct product) I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Products are great. Shipping procedure is horrible. I spent considerable money on mats for my car. Rear mats were stuffed into the front mat box with no care whatsoever. Front mats appeared new, wrapped in plastic and never used. Rear mats came without plastic covering and appeared to be a return. There was nothing around the rear mats to protect them. Email went unanswered. Review/complaint lodged with Revdex.com. Shipping was slow. I was told the products were in stock when I was on the phone with sales and told a couple days for delivery. My items weren't shipped out for 2 business days after ordering (5 days if you don't count just business days) and I was told they were busy when questioned after delivery was made.

It's unfortunate because the products are great, but do you want to spend a lot of money to have your items arrive like there was zero care taken with your purchase?

Worst customer service I've seen is 35 years. Average wait on the phone is 15+ minutes. At 20 minutes the system tells you to call back and disconnects. A simple order can't seem to leave their facility for 4 days even when its in stock. These folks were on *** and used to get good reviews....not lately though.

Place and order for springs and shocks and the next day received an email saying all the parts I ordered would not fit my vehicle contrary to the information on thier website.

I have left many phone messages and emails for many days now with zero response from them. After a $1200 order I expect service to fix any issues as they arise not totally silence from customer service. I can not recommend this company and wouldn't waste your time rolling the dice with these guys.

This is the worst online store I have ever done business with, I have never spent so much time on phone to order a part that only cost $300. Their credit card verification process is absolutely ridiculous. I order products from various places everyday and this is the only company that has given me so many issues while placing an order. I would never recommend this website to anyone unless I want them to end up extremely frustrated without being about to place an order.

Ordered a part and was immediately told there was an issue with the card so order could not be processed.

Called and emailed several times and received no response until finally, I got upset and asked for my money back.

Thankfully, they were apparently quite good at that part and I did get a response and a refund.

I wouldn't recommend them, and I'll be getting any future parts elsewhere

5 Star first experience. Ordered cat-back performance exhaust system and received 6 days later by UPS. Exactly as promised.

I would NEVER use this company again, nor would I let anyone I know use it. We ordered two products from this company. One product was misadvertized so upon delivery it was incorrect. The IT department fixed the info on the website however.......5 weeks later I still have the unwanted item. I have emailed and spoken to customer services more times than I can count. Multiple times they have told me I would be receiving the return instructions later that same day...still waiting.
My second item was not sent despite having been confirmed as sent with tracking device, after 5 emails someone finally responding saying it had in fact not shipped because they needed more info from me on my vehicle type (that their website had not asked) ..and they waited for me to contact them to get this information why?

Lastly I would like to mention the level of professionalism within the emails is greatly lacking. Each time I receive a response (generally 5-14 days later) the response it a short sentence with nearly no info. I honestly feel I am emailing a "child" from their bedroom or dorm room.

In August of 2015 I ordered a [redacted] Exhaust System for my 1993 [redacted] from Tdot Performance. Customer service was helpful. It was a custom order, so the item was shipped from [redacted] to Tdot, then re-directed to me. I was told that the item would arrive at my door in 10-15 business days. The exhaust arrived in 10 business days as described. I am very happy with the product and their price was the lowest I could find on the internet. I would order from Tdot again in the future.

[redacted] They have a fancy website, but they don't have the service to match. I ordered some brake parts, gave my information and paid via credit card. I should have had the parts in 5 days. After 9 days I heard a voicemail saying I need to confirm the order because it was a special order. Every other website in the world accepts your purchase and payment as confirmation that you want a product. Not these guys, you order... then you have to call them and confirm that you want to order. So after calling them many times, someone finally picks up. You usually get kicked to voicemail...so be prepared to call a lot. I find out my order was never placed, even though I was charged immediately. So if you want to waste a ton of time, love being aggravated, don't really care if you ever get your part and love calling and calling... order from these guys. But if you want your part to fix you car, shop elsewhere. On a positive note... they said they would refund my money for the parts they never ordered for me. Hopefully I get my money back.

Ordered Weather *** Floor Liners - Front and Rear on Mar 3/18 received my order on Mar.15/18. Discovered Rear Liners were for Double Cab and not access which I needed. Phoned Tdot support explaining my issue. Sale rep gave me two options either I could wait to return Rear Liner and after they received the package they would then ship me the right package or I could order the right part online and return the wrong order product later. I order *** - Rear Set on Mar.17/18 with the sale rep online to ensure this time I was ordering the right part. Received Mar.22/18.Little did I know that the sale rep was ordering me the exact same part as was originally ordered ***. The sale rep knew what he was doing because I clearly explained my problem to him. Phoned on Mar.21/18 asking why the RM shipping details was taking so long, rep explained that they received a lot of orders on Mar17/18 sale and it would take some time. Received confirmation email on Mar21/18 of refund/exchange saying it takes 2-3 business days or in rare cases beyond 3 days. My issue is my card was charged Mar.3/18 today is Mar.27/18 and I'm still waiting to be able to return the product and that just for the first misplaced order.

Desired Outcome

Send me RM shipping details in timely fashion so I can return both products and refund me the full amount $115.95 for both Rear Liners.

Received email on April 3 and 5 with confirmation to process return of items. April 12 both items were fully refunded. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Very disappointed at tdot !!!! On February 13 I ordered a Brake Pads after sometimes I decide to call tdot so on March 8 I called and asked for updates. They told me that they would contact manufacturer and let me know.
Till TODAY there's still no updates! Yesterday I requested to cancel my order and issue me a refund however they haven't confirm my cancellation and told me that they will call me back once cancellation is confirm. Let see how long it will take.

Now I ordered same Brake Pads form other online parts store and I already got a shipping number and expected delivery date.

Placed order for car parts online, paid full amount with credit card at this time, confirmed with bank that card was charged.
They phoned me next day to confirm order; order would take 5 weeks for delivery. I was fine with that. They confirmed make & model, and told me they would call back after confirming with manufacturer. They called me back 5 mins later and confirmed order was placed.
30 hours later, I received and email from company, indicating that I owed $122.72 additional +tax to have it shipped, and they needed my credit card info to charge me again.
Website clearly indicated "free shipping in Canada" & "no hidden fees".
I emailed company back indicating that I was not going to pay any more, and website says free shipping and no hidden fees. No response from company.
I called company next day and they told me they are losing money on this, and there's nothing they can do. They now said they are issuing a refund, without me asking for it.
I was sent email confirming refund and confirmed with bank.

Clearly false advertising on website.

Hello.

We do apologize for the issues this has caused. As stated on our website, we do have free shipping but when a product is overweight or heavier than usual, *** charges us extra to get the product out. We don't know this is the case until the order gets put through with our supplier. We usually let the customer know 24-48 hours within the order coming in if this is the case.

We have this explained in our policies page as well. I have attached where it says sometimes, an additional charge is required.

"TDotPerformance offers free shipping for most of our products. There are no additional fees whatsoever for any of the products marked with a "Free Shipping" label as shown on the "Select Shipping Destination" dropdown. However, for oversize items or for shipments to certain remote locations that our shipping courier does not have easy access to, we may charge an additional fee. Please note that signature is required for delivery."

You have been refunded now. Again, I do apologize for any issues or delays this may have caused.

Nothing has been addressed, in the policy posted it clearly states
"There are no additional fees whatsoever for any of the products marked with a "Free Shipping" label as shown on the "Select Shipping Destination" dropdown."

The item I purchased was clearly labeled as "Free shipping", with no mention of being oversize or overweight in any description.
Also when an item is added to "your cart" on website it automatically checks if free shipping applies, which in my case it did.

Clear case of false advertisement!
