Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In my response I asked for a new holster or my money backSince I am unfamiliar with building / fixing a holster I am not looking for a parts kit which I did decline The representative I did speak to was kind and friendly but acknowledged a flaw in the holster clips As stated above I'm looking for an exchange in my holster or a refund Sincerely, [redacted]
