While it is obvious that my complaint was not read and comprehended, the response was at least quick.  The CSR in question was in fact helpful and did offer a no questions asked refund or exchange.
Mr. W[redacted]'s correspondence with me eventually addressed my actual complaint, and he has agreed to address my 'very valid' concerns about their reviews with their marketing department.  This is all that I expected. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:   In my response I asked for a new holster or my money back. Since I am unfamiliar with building / fixing a holster I am not looking for a parts kit which I did decline.  The representative I did speak to was kind and friendly but acknowledged a flaw in the holster clips.   As stated above I'm looking for an exchange in my holster or a refund.
