we do try to help those few instances on a one on one basis to fix the issue. We have not updated our reviews since February but we do tend to post the better reviews on our website. There are other forums such as Facebook that we do allow all manner of reviews to be posted for the most part. If there is anything we can do further to help resolve this issue please let us know. Excellent product and fast shipping. Received holster only 5 days after placing order.

Review: Purchased a 2.0 gun holster from Alien Gear on Dec 6th. funds were immediately withdrawn from my account. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not received any communication on my order being shipped. I have tried to call numerous times but never get to speak to anyone. I waited each time until their phone system tells me to call back. I have requested a refund, via email and voicemail which I have not received either. I'm no longer interested in receiving this product. If they have this much of an issue fulfilling an order or even communicating with their customers, their lifetime warranty would be a joke.

I want a full refund, but can't even get in touch with someone to make that happen. At this point I feel like they have committed fraud.Desired Settlement: Full refund

Very poor customer service. Placed order for holster and gun belt on Dec. 20, 2015. Was immediately charged for order and never received a email confirmation of the order but the order did show up in my account. After three weeks of waiting for the holster and gun belt I called. Apparently they have 'run out of material". They did not know when the order will be fulfilled and had no intention of notifying me or sending the holster separately. Sending messages or emails to Alien Gear do not get returned, only after calling and waiting on hold for over 30 minutes did I get a person. The customer service rep talked so fast you could not understand much of what she said but I could tell she was reading for a scripted card of how sorry they were and holiday traffic was up. Blah blah blah... Anyone thinking of ordering for Alien gear should be concerned about their charge practice and very poor customer service. I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

Review: Placed order on 12/27/2015, told in email that product should ship in 17-19 business days. Over 1 month has passed and still no product received. Emailed company and told that due to heavy volume orders were delayed, still no time frame on delivery given though. This seems like a company that was not prepared for business and now they are taking it out on the consumer. They had absolutely zero issues with taking my money on time....Desired Settlement: Either deliver product immediately, or refund 50% AND then deliver the product as promised on website!

Best IWB holster I ever owned. I purchased two Tuck 3.0 Holsters one for a full size frame gun and one for a subcompact. No matter which I wear, they both are extremely comfortable.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 12/12/15 . Payed over $100 for a belt and holster. But after that I haven't heard from any one from this company. I've tried emailing them several times to no avail, their voice mail is full and can't leave any vm. At this point I'm ready to get my money back but I can't get ahold of anyone.Desired Settlement: I hope this helps the company contact me and all their other customers with the same issue.

Review: I placed an order on February 12 and my credit card was charged the same day. By February 25 the order status still reflected "Order in Production". I called and the operator said they did not understand why the status after so many days. She canceled the original order and placed another as a rush and told me the holster would be mailed within a few days. I called again on March 1 because their website still showed my order still in production. I was again told they did not understand why the holster was still in production. They handed my order to their supervisor to expedite the order. On March 2 the status had not changed so I called again. This time they handed the order to the supervisor's supervisor and told me to expect the order to ship within 2 - 3 days. It's March 5 and the order status is still "Order in Production".Desired Settlement: I expect shipping of my order via no less than 2nd day deliver, with tracking information provided to me, on Monday, March 7 and a 50% refund or a second holster for another of my guns.

These items were to ship within 6-7 business days. When these items had not arrived by December 20, 2015 I made multiple phone calls attempting to contact someone with the company. On December 21, 2015 I was able to reach customer service and voice my concerns. The company representative was unable to locate my order, or give me a date on which it would ship. At that time I was put in contact with a manager, that again was unable to locate my order, or give me any type of ship date. I voiced my complaints about the length of time this order had taken, and the fact this was a Christmas gift that was not going to arrive. The company manager offered a discount on the order, and assured me the order would be located, completed, and rushed to me ASAP. On January 5, 2016 after still having not received my order, or any type of communication from Alien Gear Holsters, I made multiple attempts to contact them via phone and email. On January 6, 2016 I received an email stating the order was still not available for shipment, and no ship date could be projected. This is unacceptable and needs to be resolved immediately.Desired Settlement: I want all items in my order located and overnighted to me, with tracking information, and at no additional charge.

Review: I have ordered a Cloak Tuck 3.0 holster and a belt from this company. They have charged my account but never sent the product. The order was placed on the 7th of December. I have been trying to contact the company for three days now to only go straight to hold. I never even got to talk to a live person. I have also left voicemail and emails. Still no contact.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from the company to be able to find out the status of my order. Assuming that contact goes well I would still like my order to be shipped.

Review: I called a few days before I made my order online to see how long it would take to receive my order. I was told, two weeks at the most. On 12/30/2015 I placed my order for two holsters and a belt for about $117.00. I then recieved an auto responder email confirming my purchase and the company charged me. On the website it said 5-7 business days. I was ok with a 2 week window with what I was told by the company. After a few weeks I got concerned as to why my order has not been printed or shipped. Day after day I called, emailed, twitter, submit email on website, and tried to leave a voicemail but couldn't due to it being full. I still have not received any response via email as to whats going on with my order. A few days ago I got through after waiting on hold for over an hour. I was told my items should arrive by 1/15/2015. It hasnt, and after going back to the website. The order still shows as confirmed. Meaning not shipped or even made yet. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way. Not responding and giving false info on an order. Not posting on the website that they build these items, not putting on the order page that items are back ordered. This company knew it was getting busy and should've hired the proper help way before they made this announcement.Desired Settlement: Manager contact me about the truthful status of my order.

Review: I had purchased a gun holster and belt on line 12/4/2015. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift online it said that it would take up to two weeks for it to be delivered. I believed I called them on December 29th and 30th left a message both times. Finally I received a call from one of their representatives, they told me that it would take one more week to get my order out, that they have been super swamp with the holidays and all. Finally I emailed them on January 5th asking them how long was is going to take for my order to be delivered, they told me it was going to be another two weeks. So I told them to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my money I was not going to wait that long especially since these items were going to be a Christmas gift. So they did it's been 10 days now since my order has been cancelled and yet I have not received my refund or even my product. They told me that it takes 24 hours for my refund or depending on my bank. Well 10 days seem way to much time I have emailed asking them about my refund and have not heard from them yet.Desired Settlement: I think I should get my refund back with my order. I mean took them way to long to deliver my order and now they can't even refund my money back, so I'm out of a holster and belt and money. That to me is bad customer service

Review: I placed an order with Alien Gear Holsters for a holster on December the 8th 2015. My card was charged for $52.83 however I never received a confirmation of purchase nor was any information given as to proposed shipping date. I attempted to contact the company via their web portal with no response, I sent 5 emails to the support email provided with no response and I called their customer service line 2 times which amounted to me being placed on hold for 20-30 minutes before being sent to a full voicemail box. I attempted to contact their Facebook page and was told I may get a shipment in 10-15 days however they would not give me a confirmation number regarding the order and due to the un-secure nature of Facebook I cannot be certain if the response I was given is from the actual company or an entity employed to monitor social media. I did request my order be canceled and a refund be sent however I have not received any correspondence since. I am feel like I have had 52.83 stolen from me.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of 52.83.

I then received an e-mail December 15th saying the order was being made. Since then I have not heard anything. Review: In November 2015, I ordered two IWB holsters from this company. The holsters are supposed to be molded to perfectly fit a particular handgun. One holster fit and the other did not fit. This company has a 30 refund policy. I sent both holsters back within the 30 days for a full refund. The holsters were received by this business on 1/5/16. I received an "Auto Receipt" on 1/5/16 that included confirmation numbers for the refund transaction. To date, the amount of $80.83 has NOT posted to my credit card account. I have emailed the company numerous times to ask for help with no response. I have placed phone calls including wait times well over an hour that resulted in no answer. I have tried to leave voice messages and get a reply that says the mailbox is full. I have tried to contact the company on social media. I did receive one reply from Facebook that asked for the refund transaction numbers via private message. I immediately gave them the numbers in private message as requested, only to be ignored since. The company continues to post on Facebook, but ignore my pleas for help.Desired Settlement: This company owes me $80.83. I am expecting that amount to be credited to the same card I used to place the original order.

Review: Tedder Industries d/b/a Alien Gear Holsters was referred to me by a friend so that I can purchase a secret santa gift for Christmas. I went to the website and was under the impression that I could just order the product and it would be shipped before Christmas. There was no mention on the website that the product had to be built once an order was placed. After ordering the product on 12/5/2015, I received an immediately email notification that the product was placed in production and would be completed within 5-7 business days from 12/5/2015 and then received via shipment another 2-3 days. My credit card was immediately charged in the amount close to $75. I waited the 5-7 business days and emailed the company. Two days later, I received an email on 12/12/2015 stating that the product would be shipped in 24-48 hours. After 48 hours had passed, I emailed the company and three days later no response. I called 3x and left on hold for 30 minutes each time with no ability to leave a message. No one answers the phone and the recorder is full. I then left a message on their facebook website and got a message to private message them with the order number and they would get back to me about cancelling the order or telling me when the order will go out. No response. There are many postings on their facebook page from numerous customers complaining about the same issues I am having.Desired Settlement: 1. To have response from the company as to if the order will be shipped no later than 12/18/2015 or cancel the order and immediately refund my money charged to my credit card.

Review: Ordered holster and belt DECEMBER 18! Said 2-3 week delivery. NOTHING

Called January 4th or so. Said no, 3-4 week delivery, YOU ARE WITHIN THAT TIME! NO APOLOGY!

Called January 25th - STILL BACKORDER on BELT! I said ok, I want just HOLSTER - Said Holsters will not be ready sooner either. now, 4-5 WORKING weeks, so you are within 5 weeks.

Most ridiculous thing is the company NEVER SAID THEY MESSED UP! They just extended "normal" lead times. Most disrespectful, most irresponsible company I have ever met. And I know many companies, having worked for companies like BP and The Coca-Cola Company.

TODAY THEY CANCELED MY ORDER! Their statement in Revdex.com is NOT CORRECT! It is almost end of the JANUARY, and NOTHING IS SHIPPING, and STILL LOT OF BACK-ORDERS! They just talk without actually doing anything. Must be nice sitting on my money for more than a month without any responsibility or decency to apologize.Desired Settlement: Order number is AGH158171219
