Our negative experience is consistent with all the other poor reviews of these folks As we are trying to close out our dealings with Teletrac, they are demanding thousands of dollars even though the units we have, quit working at the end of They acknowledge that we've received no services in but they demand payment To terminate the contract, they want the non-working units returned or to charge an added $per unit Money aside, why would we seek to end our contract? Our team members didn't like the service, the interface, or contract terms

I requested our account be canceled effective 12/31/in writing with our October invoice Since I didn't get a response to my cancel request, I submitted again, via the company's "contact us" on their website in November, another request to cancel our account effective 12/31/ Subsequently, I was contacted in November by [redacted] from Teletrac wanting to know what product I was interested in I explained to him I was trying to cancel our service, not add service In our conversation, he said he would contact [redacted] , our rep, and his supervisor, [redacted] and relay our request to cancel He also gave me [redacted] name to contact if I received any additional billing [redacted] , from my office, also left messages on 12/11/for [redacted] and accounts receivable and received no response from either When I received our bill dated January 1, I contacted [redacted] Bevilacqua and was told to email the cancellation to [email protected], which I did on Janu

Well where do I beginI did my research on the ELD system of Teletrac Navman for my small company (I have trucks), Everything started bad, when I request the eld plus the tablet they told me that it was going to take months to installI had to do it myself, second the Director just keeps giving me errors, telling me that I could't add a driver or a truck, 3rd the eld do whatever he wants, while the driver is driving transfer itself to on duty, something the bottoms of the tablet dosen't let the driver change to offduty, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST THING EVER!!! You will have to wait HOUR (not lying) to answer the phone just to find out that the person on the other line dosen't know anything about trucks, systems, regulations, hosthey know nothing, and I have like tickets open week still waiting to resolve that Advice for small companies like mine or owner operatorSTAY AWAY!

Hello,We are sorry for any confusion As your rep and Management has advised your opt out agreement stated (The Term can be reduced to months if Customer gives Teletrac Navman no less than days written notice (email) before the last months of the Term that it wishes to exercise this option)We received your written request to opt out of the two units in contract within the terms of opt outKevin processed as per your request We didn’t receiving another written request for cancellation until after the terms of opt out Your account is already set to cancel at the end of your contractual agreements – 04/30/notification not received per terms of opt out, - 06/30/no opt out and finally - 12/31/no opt outThank you

Customer service is our number one priority so with that said we escalated this with our VP of Operations and have made the decision to cancel and clear the outstanding balance that is remaining from the customer and remove them from the collection agency

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below We have provided Telectrac Navman invoice # [redacted] , that was mailed to my company at an old business address (our business moved over years ago) along with return labels provided by Telectrac Navman to return equipment wrongly shipped to my company In the FedEx shipping details that were generated by Teletrac Navman is saying "mistakenly shipped" with the receipts of the confirmation that they received their merchandise back therefore there is nothing to track and the Subscription Service Fee needs to be voided from my company under their Account # [redacted] Again I feel like I am a victim of a scam where a shipment is sent to an unknowing company and then a subscription is billed for merchandise not order in the first place I want any and all invoices under any account naming [redacted] in Staten Island voided and I would like receipts of voided invoices Regards, [redacted] ***

Repeated, documented attempts to resolve issues with a system we pay monthly for have gone unresolved Compliance with FMCSA is a critical issue and to date, no one at Teletrac is interested in compliance or complaint resolution We have over units that do not function properly and we are paying monthly for a service which at best, is subpar

We requiring service from Teletrac and we have called for over a year We have even returned Teletrac's calls,no luck Finally, we have now stopped our card that was on file They have continued to bill us for services that do not work and that we have not gotten any support Our Contact states we have days to resolve any issue and it's been a year We kept getting excuses that they needed time to solve our problems, we even tried to settle and say we would start over with new services and they agreed to that, but since then they have never called back (again we have made several attempts to contact them and no luck) Now they want to start collections when we stopped using their service over months ago due to non performance Very frustrating since we have made many attempts to contact someone at their office and we can never get a hold of anyone

We received boxes with equipment to an old business address - the boxes were made out to my company but ordered by a name that is not associated with our office - no packing slip inside only the business name with phone number on the shipping label We called the number explained we received an order meant for someone else and Teletrac Navman emailed me a shipping label to return the boxes We are now receiving invoices for a "subscription service fee" I've called and emailed multiple times and have not been called back and it always goes to voice mail I feel I am/my company is being pursued as part of a scam
