We have teletrac as our gps and eld provider for years now In the last months there customer service is not therethey will not answer calls or emailsWe have trucks with elds and trucks quit working in January and I Tried to contact them over and overthe one time I did get through they said I had to call sales and hung upWe have tried to get these issues resolved and they have not responded We have sent them letter knowing that we want to cancel contract

Well where do I beginI did my research on the ELD system of Teletrac Navman for my small company (I have trucks), Everything started bad, when I request the eld plus the tablet they told me that it was going to take months to installI had to do it myself, second the Director just keeps giving me errors, telling me that I could't add a driver or a truck, 3rd the eld do whatever he wants, while the driver is driving transfer itself to on duty, something the bottoms of the tablet dosen't let the driver change to offduty, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES IS THE WORST THING EVER!!! You will have to wait HOUR (not lying) to answer the phone just to find out that the person on the other line dosen't know anything about trucks, systems, regulations, hosthey know nothing, and I have like tickets open week still waiting to resolve that
Advice for small companies like mine or owner operatorSTAY AWAY!

Our negative experience is consistent with all the other poor reviews of these folks
As we are trying to close out our dealings with Teletrac, they are demanding thousands of dollars even though the units we have, quit working at the end of
They acknowledge that we've received no services in but they demand payment To terminate the contract, they want the non-working units returned or to charge an added $per unit
Money aside, why would we seek to end our contract? Our team members didn't like the service, the interface, or contract terms

I tried to cancel a couple of units that had run up their contracts, but we couldn't get a hold of anyone that could helpThe contracts auto-renewed and we were stuck for another yearWe tried to swap active units to the couple that were run up and not in use, but that was a customer service/account rep nightmareThese people don't want to help, have horrible service, and a sub standard productI would avoid this company at all costs

Very poor customer serviceI finished my contract with Teletrac with Equipment I no longer had except for one mini ExcavatorSo I cancelled my accountThe one machine I had left gotten stolen so even though Teletrac stopped tracking my equipment, I still had the device on my machineSo I called Teletrac on multiple occasions to ask them if they would help me and the police locate the equipment by activating the device on the Mini Excavator but they refused unless I sign another another year contract with themI said ok I will but I only have one piece of equipment leftThey still refused to help because I only had one piece of equipmentI fully understand that it’s a private service they provide but ethically they are wrong for the simple fact they they are with holding information that could lead to arrest of a thiefNo different than if you witnessed a crime and failed to report itIf it involved drugs then it would a federal conspiracy crimeLook it upAnother thing is that it clearly shows that Teletrac doesn’t care about your equipment or they would have at least activated long enough so the police could find the thiefSeeing that I was a paying customer for the past few yearsSo my advice to everyone is to stay far away from Teletrac tracking devices

I refer to your numerous conversations with a number of members of our team including our GC. It appears that the customer still refuses to engage in any reasonable dialogue and/or allow us to attempt to remedy any of their issues, despite our contractual terms and the requirement to do so. The customer had originally indicated that our GC’s good faith offer to proceed with any required remedial work, with the continuation of the contract contingent to the reasonable acceptance of the same, but they now appear to have back tracked. From our perspective, they want Garmin units which we’ve been trying to provide to them for weeks now. The customer has some other issues that again, require investigation, and for weeks we have been trying to get their cooperation to resolve and offer appropriate credits, but to no availThe customer tactics on the other hand has been to revert to hostile telephone calls to our employees and incessant postings on Revdex.com, rather than engage in good faith and allow us to remedy any valid issues per our contractWe can offer baif needed. In summary, we are not going to be bullied into your wish for us to terminate the agreement

We subscribed to a three year lease for the ELD director service and it hasn’t worked since they installed the units The Garmin units don’t work they lose connection; you constantly have to restart the units because they keep kicking out the drivers The hours of service logs are all wrong, they don’t have GPS locations they don’t match what they hand written logs have The director dashboard truck GPS locations are elsewhere then the actual truck locationDrivers are logged in to multiple trucks even though they successfully log off Tech support doesn’t know how to troubleshoot the issues, as it’s a problem with the software Things got worse after they rolled out a firmware upgrade that was supposed to fix a lot of issues but just added to our current issues Our account manager and installers contact wont calls us after numerous attempts to contact them We have currently have support tickets out of tickets opened since ELD devices got installed

I requested our account be canceled effective 12/31/in writing with our October invoice Since I didn't get a response to my cancel request, I submitted again, via the company's "contact us" on their website in November, another request to cancel our account effective 12/31/ Subsequently, I was contacted in November by *** from Teletrac wanting to know what product I was interested in I explained to him I was trying to cancel our service, not add service In our conversation, he said he would contact *** ***, our rep, and his supervisor, *** *** and relay our request to cancel He also gave me *** *** name to contact if I received any additional billing ***, from my office, also left messages on 12/11/for *** and accounts receivable and received no response from either When I received our bill dated January 1, I contacted *** Bevilacqua and was told to email the cancellation to [email protected], which I did on Janu

I requested upgraded units for trucks on 3/10/I was told I would be sent screen units along with hardware needed to install the unitshowever I only needed screens and gps hardware being that truck already had the unit beforeafter speaking to someone in sales named *** *** I was told I will get it all sent at no cost as long as I sign a year agreementafter first install was done I was told I need to pay for additional gps hardware which was never sent to me for second truck

I signed a contract to purchase a GPS and paid the productsAfterwards, I received another contract with modifications to the original contractI didn't agree to sign a new contract and I have not received my refundI was never even given an installation date because I did not agree to the modified contractI have tried to reach out to cancellations and to the seller, but they keep saying that they're waiting for the supervisors approvalThis has been going on for over two weeks and I want my money back

[They are now claiming they will replace with Garmin units but, when we explained what was promised they asked if we had it in writing. We are still not able to use all of the units even after the technician was out here today. He found 1unit that was bad and they have ordered a replacement. The other units he says there was nothing wrong where I have pages and pages of data showing the trucks off by miles. As well as I had to take down trucks today for hours for them to try to fix there own issues. I am still not able to do basic things like tell how long a truck took to load a car how long a truck is at home ect. I do not receive notices for harsh turning or speeding that they originally promised and no I did not get that in writing when we were shopping for units this is what we asked if there units can do they said yes. I have spent at least hours since 5/in talking with them writing emails and documenting all of the issues. I believe this will only get worse since they are still not working right to this dayThe day we got these installed we did our first complaint and nothing has been resolved now weeks later. ]

We are still needing a blue tooth Don-gal for case number #[redacted] , which is several month old ( at least 2 months ) ,also they shipped the wrong Y cord so we have no diagnostics on unit 20. We have never seen or heard from a Tech, so  we hired someone to  installed these items ourselves.

I have a gps unit in one of my trucks which keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own. I call teletrac numerous times about this issue and they attempted to fix but we’re not able to fix the issue. Every time I call they are telling me they will have someone call me back. It’s been 3 weeks and still having same issues with no return phone call. If this problem cannot be resolved I would like to terminate my service on all my trucks with no fee.Repair or replace equipment. Or terminate my service with no fee

We have provided Telectrac Navman invoice # [redacted], that was mailed to my company at an old business address (our business moved over 3 years ago) along with return labels provided by Telectrac Navman to return equipment wrongly shipped to my company.  In the FedEx shipping details that were generated by Teletrac Navman is saying "mistakenly shipped" with the receipts of the confirmation that they received their merchandise back therefore there is nothing to track and the Subscription Service Fee needs to be voided from my company under their Account #[redacted].  Again I feel like I am a victim of a scam where a shipment is sent to an unknowing company and then a subscription is billed for merchandise not order in the first place.  I want any and all invoices under any account naming [redacted] in Staten Island voided and I would like receipts of voided invoices.
