[redacted] Give me a new form with option three, no return, no fee.  This response to my problem didn't make sense.  Any charges without my permission to any credit card on file will be deemed as fraud.  You do not have authorization to charge any credit cards on file.  I am not stupid, signing the form you wish me to sign would authorize you to charge my credit card.

We recently expanded coverage by adding 15+ new customer support employees, added two new members to the customer support...

leadership team, and made a very large investment in improving the technology infrastructure which underlies customer support. These changes will have an impact, but it will take time for the impact to be felt broadly. Nevada Water Trucks: Customer Account Manager advised customer willing to clear outstanding balance for units not working if he would allow us to fix. Customer became unresponsive. Collections cancelled acct 12/31/16 & wrote off to bad debt.

[redacted]Of course, we do not think you are stupid.  We are asking you to sign the Self-disposal declaration form, which we re-sent to you 12-27-17.  The form is stating you agree to dispose of the equipment. If you still have questions after reviewing the form, please reply to the email. We are not requiring you to return the equipment, nor charging you for it.

I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response I have received repeatedly.  I did "opt out" prior to the 24 months and your employee did not process the request and here we are!  What a bunch of [redacted]!

Hello,We are sorry for any confusion.  As your rep and Management has advised  your opt out agreement stated (The Term can be reduced to 24 months if Customer gives Teletrac Navman no less than 60 days written notice (email) before the last 12 months of the Term that it wishes to exercise...

this option). We received your written request to opt out of the two units in contract within the terms of opt out. Kevin processed as per your request.  We didn’t receiving another written request for cancellation until after the terms of opt out.  Your account is already set to cancel at the end of your contractual agreements.  4 – 04/30/18 notification not received per terms of opt out, 1 - 06/30/18 no opt out and finally 1 - 12/31/18 no opt out. Thank you

Customer service is our number one priority so with that said we escalated this with our VP of Operations and have made the decision to cancel and clear the outstanding balance that is remaining from the customer and remove them from the collection agency.

we have 5 trucks with issues and they have quit contacting us. truck 427 I did a case or work order with teletrac and they sent a part and was suppose to install it and then they closed the case and never installed it so truck is down out of compliance. I attached closed case number on the unit we also have truck 430,431,413,436 with issues for the past three months.  we are done dealing with Teletrac. They don't deliver on what they say as a company
