I absolutely 100% visited "changeofaddresses.com" for this transactionI do not know why the auto email appears to come from "officialchageofaddress.org" BUT when I go there it is the same exact website! It even says "copyright - Change of Address" at the bottomI'm sure this is a smokescreen to mislead and hide from unhappy customersI can even see in my internet history that on 7/13/I visted "changeofaddresses.com" and NOT "officialchangeofaddress.org"

Please explain how you streamline the process given that the change of address form is already on the USPS website and no one actually has to wait in line to change their address if they can access the internet

You did not explain at all what your premium services areI am actually pretty sure your "premium service" is that you sell my information to third party companies so they can call me at all hours of the day
So, in summary, during the moving process where I had to pay attention to thousands and thousands of tiny details, I missed the disclaimer on your website and was horrendously overcharged for the service of you filling out the online form on the USPS website, which is what I was trying to find as I am more than capable of filling that out myself (and did shortly after I realized what had happened, assuming your company wasn't actually going to change my address given I had been misled on so many other points)You then also sold my information to third party companies, which was also a detail that I missedThis was not what I wanted to accomplish that day when I filed my change of address formI disputed the charge with my bank and they initially sided with me, but then sided with you again after a month or so so you do actually have my money right nowYou are not in the middle of a chargeback as this issue has been resolved with my bank
Please give me a full refund
