Our website clearly shows the charge for our service as $39.95 on the Payment and Verification page, in blue bold lettering, above where you would enter in any of your payment information. As stated on the website's terms and conditions, if any errors were made in processing your address change, or if any of the information provided to us needs to be modified, we'll be happy to make the appropriate corrections for no extra charge.
Although it is our policy not to provide refunds in this circumstance, as all promised services have been rendered at the time of payment, we will make a one-time exception in your case and will refund your change of addresses that is for order # XXXXXX.
We show order # XXXXXX under [redacted] has already been refunded on 7/23/2015. We hope this resolves the situation to your liking.

I accept the refund of my $39.95 thank you. It is too bad that I had to get the refund with help from the [redacted]. The on line cost for change of address from the [redacted]is $1.05. The service provided by [redacted] is not clear on the website. When you try to get back to the website you cannot connect. As soon as you enter the credit card information the sale is complete, the add to cart icon was not clicked on but the sale was completed.

If you submitted your change of address through ChangeOfAddresses.com, you would have received an email confirmation right away. If you did not, you most likely processed your change of address through a different provider. Your best option will be to reach out directly to the USPS.
