Everyone at the place was helpful.Quick analysis of problem, fair pricing...and luckily for me...it was a quick fix

star rating 4/27/ The owner MARK T [redacted] is a thief and a scam artist! My husband tried to get his deposit of $1,back and they give him the run around and lied that they already processed the depositFinally my husband called the credit card company and filed a disputeWhen they find out the credit card company refunded the deposit, they submitted a forgery document that had my husband signature on the credit card receiptMy husband signed a document in the desert early morning before they release the vehicles to him but they didn't give him copy of the receipt and he didn't think to take picture with his phoneThey did the same thing on the check list that my husband signed when he returned the vehicleWe returned the ATV with no damagesThe owner wrote on the credit card slip and check list that there are damages and late returnWe don't have copy of the credit card but we have pictures showing the time when the vehicle was released to usOur appointment is at AM but they forgot to bring to keys with the vehicle so we waited for almost hours for another employee to bring the keysThey are running a rental business where all they need to provide is gas and key??? ***! Unfortunately without a copy before they added the damage and late return on the receipt, the credit card company can't help usWhat is even more disgusting, this company is formerly known as "FULL THROTTLE POWER SPORTS" I can't believe all the negative reviews and it's all about deposit refundJust make me laugh that the stated the following message on Yelp "reviews for Full Throttle Power Sports that are not currently recommended"Wish we read these NEGATIVE REVIEWS before doing business with TEMPE POWERSPORTS & MARINE aka FULL THROTTLE POWER SPORTS!!

Took out boat in to get the "annual service" (on or about May 2nd) spark plugs, oil change, filter, fluids" battery check and trailer inspectionSo ok we drop it off and we get it back about days later...I noticed that the propeller had spider webs on it, so I'm thinking if they "tested it" at all in any way? Maybe ok...the work order says "batt test" and a check next to it, okSo on May 14th were getting it ready to go, battery is not hooked up (weird since they "battery tested it and marked ck) so we go buy a marine battery and hook it up and we drive to Lake Powell (5hr drive) and drop the boat and it starts, runs but it's it bogging, kind of shaking and trembling, won't go more than 2-mph so we shut it off, open the motor cover and we can see that only of the spark plugs are "plugged in/capped" ok weird, but coincidentally we had those replaced with new ones so we load it back on the trailer, so we don't seize the engine or who knows what is wrong, we spend the week with no boat on the lake (yay, fun times)We come home, take it back to the shop the following Monday 19th, I tell them what happened [redacted] the "owner" is there and he asks for the work order says he is sorry for that and that they will fix whatever they failed to do initially and will check it to see what if anything else is wrongdays later husband gets a call, somehow he understood the boat is ready so I show up to pick it up, they can't seem to find what the problem is! Says the boat will run but won't "keep running" ok, so he says he will work on it and that they will incur the labor and parts if the problem is a result of the oopsie we didn't plug all the spark plugs back in [redacted] the owner also said "that's the thing with boats, one day they work the next they don't" really?? Ok so about days later I get a call and they say it's a battery issue "no good they say but it's new I tell them, they said it's no good so I buy one from them (they should have the "right one") so then a day later they call...it's ready they say, I drop in pick it up they tell me it was an electrical issue (ok sure I dont know about boats) but that they fixed it...the bill is now $battery, labor, diagnostic fees and shop feesWhy? I brought it back because when I took it it was "in working order" if not then I am 1000% positive I would have gotten a call from them to tell me there is a problem when they did the "tune up"Or am I just imagining??? Fine I just want to take the boat go home and never look back, how an oil change turns into a $to fix that they [redacted] ** ON IT is beyond me...So that weekend we take the boat back to lake...GUESS WHAT!!!? IT DOESN'T RUN!!!!!!! So all over again, we go home, we take it another boat mechanic he works on it in 3days, says...there was "wires crossed and the timing is off" (why is this, they did an oil change) Oh maybe that what 223$ gets you with those guys!? And a hassle and bad service! A annual service of $turn into a $expense!!! **STAY AWAY FROM THOSE GUYS!! READ [redacted] .COM -

[redacted] rented a Polaris RZR seater from us on 06/01/ The first day of the rental the customer had called and told us they decided to change the belt The belt that was on the machine was new and in good working order Upon replacement of the belt, the person that did it first and foremost did not have our authorization to change the beltPer page of the rental contract number it reads "Do not attempt to fix, alter, repair, or replace any parts on said equipment if damaged during use (See ***s initials next to 13) Please trailer and return to our rental facility immediately or next business day if after store hours.When the customer had the person with them change the belt they did it incorrectly causing damage to the primary and secondary clutch assembly as well as the new belt they installed Had this been done properly they would not have ever had a issue We did not ever authorize them to work on our equipment After failure of the belt they replaced due to incorrect installation we instructed them to bring the machine back and we would provide a replacement machine Once the Polaris RZR was returned it was returned with hours of use on the unit We provided a replacement machine for them to finish there rental Upon return of the second machine a Can Am Maverick, we found that they had put offroad miles on it Complaining saying they didn't use it is completely false See attached Checkin and Checkout sheet with mileage Upon return we also recognized they had replaced our trailer jack and never decided to mention it We emailed them and they continued to lie to us We had a heavy duty jack on our trailer and they put a replacement jack not rated for the size of trailer that was a cheap inexpensive replacement that was usedPlease see email finally acknowleging damage to our jack after I told them I had video of the trailer going out with a good jack This customer continues to lie to us and not be forth coming with any information Additional on drop off they started cussing and ranting and raving so we could not even have a adult conversation to resolve any of these items they are claiming Attachements1) Contract - see reference Per page of the rental contract number it reads "Do not attempt to fix, alter, repair, or replace any parts on said equipment if damaged during use (See ***s initials next to 13) Please trailer and return to our rental facility immediately or next business day if after store hours.2)Picture of Trailing A-arm they damaged3) Picture of Cheap jack they installed on our trailer and lied about4) Email with them lying then admitting damage to Trailer jack

Appreciate fixing my boat I will happily use again! They're very friendly and do great work on an acceptable cost

I brought my Sea doo for a hull repairIt takes only week for them to repair my sea dooI had been surprised because my hull is like a brand new! can not even find any marks from scratchesWith an affordable cost for a brand new look, it feels great! Excellent work people!

I have had several experiences with Full Throttle Powersports, and unfortunately my latest experience will be my last I used them in previous years to do routine maintenance on my Sea Doo jet skisThey were reasonable in cost and they did good work for the two previous times I used them This last time, they were asked to do the same work which was general maintenance to get them ready for the summer season They quoted a price of $plus shop fees for a tufor each Sea Doo and were told to call if there were any "extras" that might incur extra costsWe did give verbal approval to "CLEAN" the injectors, which we thought would be maybe another $per Sea DooWhen we dropped them off for serviceWe expected a final price of about $600, plus maybe an additional $to "CLEAN" injectors for the two Sea DoosWhen we went to pick them up, the bill was $ We were told they "REPLACED" all the injectors because it was the same cost as cleaning them, which is our fault for not getting clarification on that issue, but I still feel that cleaning an existing part should be cheaper than a new partThey also replaced the impeller seal on both skis without approval, which was our biggest complaint We let them know how displeased we were with performing work which was not discussedI understand the work was done, but that I should not be responsible for the cost of work I did not ask forI was told that if I did not pay the amount, they would impound my Sea Doos, and I would never see them again because they would own them if I did not pay the bill in days After hours of arguing, they got spiteful and actually ripped out the new injectors as some sort of retaliationAfter hours of arguing, they took off $of the extra $of work that was not approved, and put the injectors back inThe other $issue with "REPLACED" injectors versus "CLEANING" injectors is an issue that I chalk off to their deceitfulness and me trusting too much in humanity In the end, I paid $for their services just to be done with themIt's not that I would not have paid that if my watercraft truly needed the work, but I will never return to a place that will lie, mislead, and trick consumers during their servicesI just hope my skis actually work this summer

Customer damaged the rental unit during his rental I tried several times to contact the customer after we determined the cost to repair Unit was returned with two flat tires as well as damage to the transmission and primary clutch and secondary clutch We have yet to recover the
remaining damages I have no problem discussing this with the customerI would ask that he call and schedule a time to go over the bill to repair the Polaris RZR he rented and damaged

Full Throttle, worst of the worstCheck out all the negative internet reviewsThey treat their customers and employees equally badLong story short, they charged about $to rebuild the carbs and clean the reed valves on my Yamaha Picked up the boat and it wouldn't startFull Throttle insisted that the reed valves needed to be replaced for another $- $I had an honest mechanic look at the boatHe told me that the carburetors had not been touched and that reed valves don't need cleaningAs a matter of fact, it is very rare to replace reed valvesHe inspected mine and told me they were in perfect conditionA few minor adjustments and he had my boat running perfectlyHe felt that Full Throttle deliberately sabotaged my engine in order to sell me additional unnecessary service and did not do the service that they originally billed me forI filed a dispute with *** and got a complete refundDo not do business with Full ThrottleAs dishonest as they come

We rented the Maverick from Tempe Powersports. The machine and trailer were ready on time and since we needed it for a Sunday ride, we were able to pick it up Sat night and return Monday morning.

However, the machine we rented was having mechanical issues so we were not able to use in 4 wheel drive and the clutch was slipping when we tried to put in gear. We were able to manage and had enough power that we were still able to enjoy our trip. Also the tires were practically bald and made us more concerned doing anything in too loose of gravel on our ride

We returned the machine with no issues, but they took forever to return our security deposit with very little regard to the fact that they were holding $1,000 of my hard earned dollars. We are at the 10th "business" day today (4/10/15) and I still do not have my money back. I asked for them to cut me a check for the $1,000 and I would drive all the way back out to them to pick up and was told that was not an option as they cannot write checks.

I wish I had read the Yelp reviews before we rented otherwise we would have rented from somewhere else. Especially since those companies - collectively - only hold the security deposits for 24-48 hours from the return date. I think they use the security deposits to float their accounting which is fraud and dishonest!

They are not worth any future business!
