lookout, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, made an unsafe turn & started a stopped vehicle when it was unsafe to do so. As such, she was the proximate cause of this collision.

Being involved in a collision can be a frustrating experience.Our records indicate our insured has not cooperated with our investigation.In addition, it appears you would not allow us to take your statement.As such, our investigation remains open until all all parties agree to cooperate.

Complaint: 10304086I am rejecting this response because:  I provided my policy number in the last response.  I do not understand what the problem is.  I never had a claim, there is no claim, only the matter that I have specifically outlined in the letter sent October 22nd as well as on the Revdex.com website.  I also received the email from Revdex.com forwarding your request for a "claim number" and stating that you sent a letter with the information I requested to my address.  I have not received this letter as of today.Regards,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: they fix the problem on Wednesday told me to call Thursday I did nobody answer or return my calls I call many times and left messages Thursday and today Friday the 24 2014.. I'm tired of being ignore for the last 3 months

 I complained that the insurance company has initially...

agreed that they will pay for the rental car while my car was getting fixed at the repair shop (My car was hit by one of the clients of the insurance company). The insurance company had paid in full amounts for the repair costs but only paid $60 for the rental car (I had to rent a car for a total of 10 days). My multiple phone calls and emails never got a reply from the adjuster that I was assigned with for the rental car cost. So I filed a complaint with Revdex.com and the insurance company responded to Revdex.com saying that the adjuster would call me. The adjuster called me and asked me to fax the receipts of the rental car. She mentioned that after receiving the receipts she would review them and process the payment excluding any fuel and insurance charges. I faxed the receipts on 10/22 the day I received the call from the agent. I have sent an email and left her a voice mail at least once, there has been no response from her since then. And I noticed that my emails from Revdex.com were going into Spam folder and when I read the email from Revdex.com I learnt that the complaint was closed because there was no response from me. I would like to mention to Revdex.com that the issue was not resolved yet, and I would like to seek Revdex.com's help to resolve this issue as soon as possible. This ignorance towards its customers/claimants by Alliance United Insurance is adding unnecessary stress to me and demanding unproductive time and effort from me.
 
I want to get refund for the full amounts($334.80) on the rental car receipts I faxed to the insurance company excluding $60 of initial check they sent to me.
