I am rejecting this response because:'ve made a complaint before but was closed for some reason when it hadn't been settled. I was involved in an accident and this insurance seems to be ignoring all of my calls and claiming that they call me back but I got all of my phone records and was only called twice. I was told, again, that the appraisor would contact me, again, and I waited a week and I still didnt get a call, again. I try and call but never get through, always getting voicemails. They make a minimum effort to try and contact you. I'm here almost 3 months later and and nothing has been done on their side. claim #2[redacted]50Make and effort and settle this alrady. It has been almost 3 months.
