Scam Alert
This company stated it had my files by showing me the MOV and the amt of data on each clip, but no preview. I had to buy the product to see it. But when I did the images were black and not there. The images were of an endangered animal, we are a non profit that lost our data in a power outage. They refused to help or refund the money. The "money back guarantee" is a lie. Any company that scams a non profit working in conservation is not a great company.

Minus 100 Stars - I purchased software which did not work and immediately contacted support. After several emails they offered the following: Note: this company should not be trusted!

Addressing your case with our manager, we came up with a compromise: a partial refund up to 30% could be processed, and cancellation for the automatic renewal to spare you from rebilling. If this is agreeable, I can proceed immediately. And you still have the option of picking a new program on our website www.tenorshare.com as a replacement for free.

Which means you will have both the partial refund and a free software, you could also keep the current software. May I know if you could kindly accept my good will ?

Useless software, delay tactics, broken promises
Free "trial" was not adequate to determine whether the software would work. After purchasing the product in good faith, the software failed with multiple attempts following instructions exactly. Customer service is repeatedly sending cut and paste messages that do not address my actual complaint and is now offering a mere 30% refund instead of honoring the 30 day money back guarantee featured prominently on their web site. My experience so far: useless software, delay tactics and broken promises.

The company has been great in the support an with the quality of their productsI have and they all work great ***

Over the weekend my Iphone would not reboot I searched and found their Reiboot productI paid for full license rights about $dollars After Going through all the steps, even having it re-download operating my phone was not fixed PRODUCT did not workI emailed support right after it did not work I have re-emailed NO Response No Phone number to call BEWARE !!! For me product did not work! and have asked for refund No response so far

1. I had to show something important to my friend and I could not unlock my phone! Why? Because I forgot the passcode! (giggles) Yes, you read that right! Even after putting a lot of stress on my mind, I couldn’t remember the passcode. But anyways, the phone needed to be unlocked. We searched for solutions on my friends’ phone and came across Tenorshare’s 4uKey. The reviews were also good and so I decided to give it a try. And guess what? It worked perfectly fine! The passcode was bypassed and the phone was unlocked. What a relief it was! Highly recommended! Works well!

My 2-year old toddler had been playing with my iPhone, and next, what I found was that my phone was locked due to entering the wrong passcode for multiple times. How was I supposed to unlock it? One of my friends suggested to give a try to Tenorshare 4uKey. And guess what, it worked! Yes! It instantly unlocked my phone bypassing all the passcodes! Satisfied!

I paid this company $for software that does not work! I am hesitant to believe any of the positive reviews this they have posted and am convinced they are a complete scam
To start, this company must be overseas, as they only reply to emails in the middle of the night and they are full of grammatical errors and misused wordsIt has taken a full week of trying to sort this mess out as they only respond to one email per hours
They charged my credit card right away and did not deliver the first software for almost hoursI downloaded it, previewed and chose the or so text messages I wanted to recover which looked fine, but when I pushed "recover" it dumped text messages onto my phoneJust random order, no phone numbers, dates or names to identify them, completely uselessFor some reason, I now regret, I tried againThis time, it dumped over 12,texts back onto my phoneAgain, random order, no way to identify
After going back and forth for a few days with my problem, they sent me another softwareI tried it, and same thingThey claim that my files have been damaged because I continued to use my phone and the data must have been overwrittenGarbage! They refuse to give me my money back and have stopped replying to my emailsTheir only resolution to this whole thing, is that they hope I can keep their software and use it for something in the futureWhat???

I backuped my data in iCloud but don't know why some photos and contacts lost, it upset me, these are important to me, I search the way of data recovery and try all the methods I can but useless, someone said Ultdata can recover data from iPhone and iCloud backup, so I tried to use it. Then it worked! All my photos and contact lost are back!

Incredible, almost after 2 weeks of loosing my time, firstly ignoring my request for the refund Tenorshare support offered me a refund for HALF of the price. I repeat, the support manager were answering to me after 24 - 48 hours, 2 times he gave me wrong indications. All this was making loosing my time and I couldn't work my telephone because there was still a hope that I could get the data from iPhone, but nothing. In the end I restored my iPhone simply with iTunes loosing my data but gratis. So, please be aware that firstly the program not always can get data from your iPhone, secondary the support is really bad, slow and uncompetitive and with refund The Great Tenorshare starts to bargain! incredible!

I bought the program and it didn't fix my problem. My iPhone is still in recovery mode. The worst thing is the support is really slow I lost almost the week to wait for insignificant answers and sometimes wrong. They answer after 24 hours. Tomorrow expires one week sience I bought the program and I want the refund but the support team don't want to explain me how to get the guaranteed refund. So I lost my TIME and money and it is really sad

I bought ReiBoot few days ago, it works flawlessly! My iPhone back to life again! The reason my iPhone 6s stuck on Apple logo is that I update iOS version and the update process failed OMG! I can't believe it and I tried many times then gave it up. Until I found ReiBoot on Google, Simple operation with powerful function! Thanks you guys so much!

You are my hero! Your ReiBoot Pro saved my iPhone 8 Plus!
Here is my experience. My 8 plus got stuck on white Apple logo of black screen. I was so desperate at that time. I tried to use iTunes to upadte because I wanna save my data. But I kept getting iTunes error 56, 50. What's the helll wrong with my phone or itunes? I tried more than ten times using iTunes to update but iTunes did not work at all. I even tried iTunes restore but failed either. God, I found ReiBoot Pro. It did the trick just by one time!
I'm so happy now, lol...
