Review: I whant my money back since I wasn't satisfied with this software and they over a money back guarantee for 90 and they are giving me the runaround so please help me

Review: Through the Tenorshare Company website, I purchased iPad Data Recovery software in order to recover deleted pictures and videos. The iPad Data Recovery software was unable to recover the missing data and the website states it has a 90-day money back guarantee. I contacted their customer support multiple times and finally formally requested a refund since the software did not work as advertised. I received an email response stating that they could give me other software but not refund my money as advertised.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $74.67 back onto my purchasing Card ASAP before closing this complaint. And for the 90 Refund hook to be removed from there website as it is false and misleading to consumers.

The company has been great in the support an with the quality of their products. I have 3 and they all work great
