Over the weekend my Iphone would not reboot. I searched and found their Reiboot product. I paid for full license rights. about $62 dollars. After Going through all the steps, even having it re-download operating my phone was not fixed. PRODUCT did not work. I emailed support right after it did not work. I have re-emailed. NO Response. No Phone number to call. BEWARE !!! For me product did not work! and have asked for refund. No response so far.

My iPhone 7 become disabled recently,there's not too mush storage on my Macbook,so I preferred to use something else instead of iTunes to help me restored the phone,Reiboot is an excellent choice,it's small,quick and effective,thank the develpers!

Tensorshare is a terrible company! I bought the IPhone data recovery because they had good reviews on THEIR site and they had a 90 day money back guarantee. Long story short, their software did not work. Within an hour after purchase and trying to retrieve my data from their software, I sent them an email asking for a refund. I attached print-screen as prove that it did not work. Their customer service kept skirting the question about a refund and kept shoving free products instead. A google search on the review of this company then lead to MULTIPLE bad reviews of this company. I should have googled this company first before purchase.

I buy tenorshare reiboot pro last month. the first time I use it fix my iphone 6 stuck failed. and I ask the supporter from tenorshare refound. They fix my iPhone online. very nice support team.

The product itself seems decent and very helpful, but it isn't what I needed.

I needed to access the files on my iPhone with a broke touch screen (long story short--i figured it out on my own, without the help of this program). I couldn't tell from the free trial and the limitations of its functions, though, that it wouldn't be helpful. Since I also saw the 90-day money-back guarantee sticker, I decided i'd give it a try.

Once I solved the issue and realized I didn't need this program, I wrote the support team at Tenorsoft and they seemed to ignore my very clear request for a refund, instead trying to troubleshoot with me, when I had already explained that I wasn't having trouble. When I reiterated my issue and responded with another request for a refund, they kind of skirted the request again.

Once again, I wrote them, with less dressing-up and much more straightforward language and they just said it was "hard" to get a refund and that they could do an exchange for different software. I actually saw a program i'd consider, but more than that, I just wanted a refund, especially since money isn't very free-flowing around our house.

AGAIN, they said it was hard to refund and that they could do an exchange.

It's been very frustrating to communicate with them and they seem insistent on not giving refunds, even as I began to threaten to leave them unfavorable reviews such as this. English is clearly not their first language either, so that doesn't help.

I would very much like a refund, per their site's "guarantee" and for them to not advertise as such since they don't seem to give it to anyone.

The product, once again, seems to do well for what it's supposed (other than for phones with broken touch screens), but their customer service is atrocious.

Review: I purchased an IPhone Data Recovery program from Tenorshare last month. It did not live up to it's claims and failed to recover any data from my phone. I found a similar program from another vendor that did work. I contacted the customer service of Tenorshare because they claimed to offer a "90 Day Money Back Guarantee". I complied with their trouble shooting requests but their product still did not work. The agent did not acknowledge that I was asking for a refund and instead offered me a variety of replacement products. This went on for days. I finally stated in very clear and calm language that I only wanted my money back, as promised on their site. The agent did not respond and has not responded to any of my subsequent e-mails for about a week. I strongly feel that they are misleading the public with a promise of a Money Back Guarantee that they have no intention of honoring.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund. I would also like it if they removed the Guarantee from their website.

Review: I had purchased a iphone data backup recovery program from this company online, the program did not work for me. After looking through the Microsoft files, I had found that the same program was purchased from the company by someone else, unidentified, and was previously used on an earlier date, approximately 2 weeks time, to access my iphone backup and at that time the password was obviously changed because that is why I purchased the program. I do not know who accessed my information. I initially requested a refund for the program, and after several emails that were not helpful, I advised them that I would also like to know who purchased the program to access my personal information. The computer itself is my fathers business computer, no other person has any similar information stored on that computer for an iphone. According to my father no one else had access to the computer, but obviously someone did, the program download and install was still in the history. Review: I purchased a software in their website but they sent me something that was not working. I contact then immediately but they toke 8 hours to answer me back (even say in their website that they support is 24/7) and theu sent me another version of the software that was not working either... I contacted then back and ask for a refund also I obtained a similar software from their competitor and it was working fine. I sent then a video explaining the errors and ehy I´d like my money back. They offer me a option to choose another product but I said I´d like the refund. After that I tried to contact then and the payment processor company swreg.org but I just received automatic emails

Amount $19.95Desired Settlement: I searched on the web and I found a lot of people who has been cheated by then. We know $19.95 is a small amount but If you can apply a fine or fee to the company I dont need this amount. I prefer think this amount like an investiment to prevent others to have the same issue.

Review: I had purchased this product to recover my photos from my phone after failing to recover them with iTunes. Tenorshare seemed like a good product, so I purchased the key and ran it. I was incredibly disappointed to find out that their program couldn't recover my pictures and, after quick correspondence with customer service, was told that their product doesn't actually work with recovering data from parts of the iOS 8 system - something which had not been disclosed to me on their website. When I asked for my money back for their product (which I obviously could never use), all correspondence between customer service and I halted in its tracks. According to the Tenorshare website, they offer dissatisfied customers a 90-day money back guarantee for dissatisfaction with their products. It's only been a week since my purchase, so I know I fall well within the realm of this guarantee's provisions.Desired Settlement: I only wish to get my money back for a product which doesn't do as it claimed it would.
